For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers, officials and stewards of the Association. BIO SECURITY REGULATIONS The Show is being held in accordance with The Animal Gatherings (Interim Movements) England. Order 2003 re Agricultural Shows regulations, (as amended) copies of which are available for inspection. All exhibitors and participators will be expected to adhere to the legislation and must obey instructions of the show organisers. Failure to comply with the regulations may result in livestock or trade entries being declined and or persons being refused access to some or all of the show field. This policy will be strictly adhered too. The Association has the legal right to make changes to its conditions of entry if Defra regulations change. RESPONSIBILITY Neither the Association, or its officers or servants, shall be in any way responsible or accountable for anything that may happen from any infectious or contagious disease, or any other cause, or circumstance whatever to exhibitors or their servants, or to any animal or article exhibited or property brought into the show-yard, or otherwise for anything else in connection with, or arising out of or attributable to, the Association’s Show. Each exhibitor shall be solely responsible for any consequential or other loss, injury, or damage done to, or occasioned by, or arising from, any animal or article exhibited by him, including any infectious or contagious disease and shall indemnify the Association against all legal or other proceedings in regard hereto. GRAND PARADE ALL Prize Winning Animals may be required to parade, and exhibitors are particularly requested to have their animals ready at the time ordered.
