The weather was chilly, Club Run Participants both inside and out, so perhaps the guys ANDREWS Erica manning the BBQ had chosen the right BASTIAN Richard & Marg job! No GOODFELLOW Brenton & Jayne big hiccups on any log book processing HARVEY Grant & Sandra with Jenny Penhall on hand to record HEWISH, Alan new log books issued, Erica Andrews HICKS Bill & Di taking the unpaid subs, leaving Mike HILL Rod & Vonny Osborne and Jim Davies the easy job of HOPKINS Richard & Jacky just filling in the books. HUDSON Rick & Margaret A good number of members brought HUDSON Wade along their old vehicles thus allowing KILINGBERG Graham & Margaret some of the not so often seen to be LIDDICOAT Robert admired. LUTZE David Well done to Trevor and Lyn Clerke for MAHLO Joe & Gerry bringing up the BBQ trailer from Port MASON Kath Vincent, Richard and Marg Bastian for MITCHELL Brian & Marg the meat and beverage supplies MUDGE Ron & Pat organization and to Lindon and Dawn OSBORNE Mike Penney for arranging the excellent venue PENHALL Jenny at Kulpara Hall again. As well as the PENNEY Lindon & Dawn business side, there was a good buzz of PENNY Malcolm social chatter, making it a day to meet up REDPATH Roger & Dee with members that perhaps had not had SEWELL Jim & Jean the chance to chat for a while. SIMPSON Colin As in previous events this year, a note of SYMONDS David & Josie participants was taken, but please help WALLIS Peter & Leanne make these records accurate by ensuring WHITELAW Barb & Ivan your name(s) and the vehicle in use on WINEN Vic the day are entered on the event/run list. 7 Richard Bastian’s notes on the Kulpara Rego Day Kulpara Rego Day was a reasonable day with 53 people present and I believe that there were 20 log book registrations done and memberships paid up. Always plenty of salads and sweets laid on, which is reassuring for the caterer!! The BBQ meat also COLIN SIMPSON’S HOLDEN worked out really well. We had catered for 60. Our Treasurer, Erica indicated that there’s still about 90 members to renew membership and their vehicles, so time to remind the next meeting and Wauraltee rego day will be busy.
