Containment Plan for Large Outbreaks Novel Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) District – Nuh Micro-plan for Containing Local Outbreak of COVID-19 1. INTRODUCTION 1.1 Background On 31st December 2019, World Health Organization (WHO) China Country office was informed of cases of pneumonia of unknown etiology detected in Wuhan City, Hubei Province of China. On 7th January 2020, Chinese authorities identified a new strain of Corona virus as causative agent for disease. The virus has been renamed by WHO as SARS-CoV-2 and the disease caused by it as COVID-19. In India, as on 26th February, 2020 three travel related cases were reported (all from Kerala). These three were quarantined and symptomatic treatment provided to all three until five samples turned negative. On 2nd March 2020 two more passengers from Italy and Dubai respectively tested positive for COVID-19. 1.2 Risk Assessment COVID-19 was declared a pandemic by WHO on 11th March, 2020. While earlier the focus of spread was centered on China, it has now shifted to Europe and North America. WHO has advised countries to take a whole-of-government, whole- of-society approach, built around a comprehensive strategy to prevent infections, save lives and minimize impact. In India also, clusters have appeared in multiple States, particularly Kerala, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Punjab, Karnataka, Telangana and UT of Ladakh. 211 districts are now reporting COVID-19 cases and the risk of further spread remains very high. 1.3 Epidemiology Coronaviruses belong to a large family of viruses, some causing illness in people and others that circulate among animals, including camels, cats, bats, etc. -

But, I am fortunate to have found friends, colleagues, and mentors who have inspired me to make this laborious task far from arduous. It was Frederick M. Asher, my advisor, who inspired me to turn to places where art historians do not usually venture. The temple city of Khajuraho is not just the exquisite 11th-century temples at the site. Rather, the 11th-century temples are part of a larger visuality that extends to contemporary civic monuments in the city center, Rick suggested in the first class that I took with him. I learnt to move across time and space. To understand modern Vrindavan, one would have to look at its Mughal past; to understand temple architecture, one would have to look for rebellions in the colonial archive. Catherine B. Asher gave me the gift of the Mughal world – a world that I only barely knew before I met her. Today, I speak of the Islamicate world of colonial Vrindavan. Cathy walked me through Mughal mosques, tombs, and gardens on many cold wintry days in Minneapolis and on a hot summer day in Sasaram, Bihar. The Islamicate Krishna in my dissertation thus came into being. -

[email protected] 1 | P a g e METHODOLOGY A Public Opinion was conducted to gauge the implementation of welfare schemes, performance of government & political preferences and felt needs of the people in Alwar district of Rajasthan from 07/09/2013 to 11/09/2013 11 Assembly constituencies in the Alwar district were chosen for survey. Survey was conducted on the pulse of electorate to gauge the political preferences of the people in Alwar district consisting of 11 Assembly segments namely Alwar Rural(SC), Alwar Urban, Thanagazi, Tijara, Ramgarh, Rajgarh- Laxmangarh(ST), Mundawar, Kishangarh Bas, Kathumar(SC), Bansur, and Behror was conducted. A structured questionnaire and secret voting through ballot was used to collect the data. Through this questionnaire, totally 13,200 respondents were interviewed. The sample procedure followed for this study was that from each Assembly constituency, 10 polling booths were selected through the method of Probability proportional to size (PPS) for the survey. Out of 2342 Polling Stations, 132 are chosen for survey based on the method of Probability Proportional to Size (PPS) Among the selected polling booths from each assembly segment respondents were indentified through random sampling. This parliamentary constituency was a single-rnember one and it retumed a Congress candidate. The political patties (the Indian National Congress arid Zamindarafarty)and independenb entered the fray. The General Elections of 19S7toLokSabha.- The extentof thesingle- \ . member' parliamentary constituency of Gurgaon' rema:ined unchanged. Government of India Ministry of Human Resource Development Department of School Education and Literacy ***** Minutes of the meeting of the Project Approval Board held on 14th June, 2018 to consider the Annual Work Plan & Budget (AWP&B) 2018-19 of Samagra Shiksha for the State of Rajasthan. 1. INTRODUCTION The meeting of the Project Approval Board (PAB) for considering the Annual Work Plan and Budget (AWP&B) 2018-19 under Samagra Shiksha for the State of Rajasthan was held on 14-06-2018. The list of participants who attended the meeting is attached at Annexure-I. Sh Maneesh Garg, Joint Secretary (SE&L) welcomed the participants and the State representatives led by Shri Naresh Pal Gangwar, Secretary (Education), Government of Rajasthan and invited them to share some of the initiatives undertaken by the State. 2. INITIATIVES OF THE STATE Adarsh and Utkrisht Vidyalaya Yojana: An Adarsh Vidyalaya (KG/Anganwadi-XII) has been developed in each Gram Panchayat as center of excellence. An Utkrisht Vidyalaya (KG/Anganwadi-VIII) has also been developed in each Gram Panchayat under the mentorship of Adarsh school to ensure quality school coverage for other villages in the Gram Panchayat. Panchayat Elementary Education Officer- Principals of Adarsh school have been designated as ex-officio Panchayat Elementary Education Officer (PEEO) to provide leadership and mentorship to all other government elementary schools in the Gram Panchayat. These PEEOs have been designated as Cluster Resource Centre Facilitator (CRCF) for effective monitoring. Integration of Anganwadi centers with schools- Around 38000 Anganwadi centers have been integrated with schools having primary sections for improving pre-primary education under ECCE program of ICDS. -
