The Plantation at Ponte Vedra Beach is an equity Vision Statement membership community. Currently, just over 540 homes are occupied. The remaining are member owned, preferred builder or successor developer lots. Prospective buyers can choose from a new or resale home, or they can choose to build a new home on an available lot. Estate and low maintenance Garden Homes (lawn & shrub care included in monthly fees) range in various square footage and floor plans. Prices range from $350K to $2.5M. The Facilities Improvement Plan included the addition of an amenity park, beach club renovations and a revitalization of the golf course. The multi- million dollar plan began in August of 2015 and is slated to end in the Fall of 2016. Project Details: “Plantation Commons” Amenities Park Completed February 2016 Open air pavilion, large fenced-in playground, full-size croquet court, open space park-like setting for informal sports and activities and parking. Beach House Renovation Completed March 2016 Main pool area bulkhead improvements, new decking/stone pavers, perimeter landscaping, new ocean-side awning, new ceiling fans, heating and cooling system installation to allow for year-round dining, enhanced north lawn, electrical service for events, elevated and expanded south end, a large-sized special event tent area and permanent gas fire bowl. Golf Course Revitalization Completed October 2016 Improve playing experience by reducing cart path only days, improving drainage, reduce mounding, add an expanded short game development and practice area, construct greens and bunkers that comply with USGA technical standards, re-grass tee boxes, fairways and roughs with Celebration Bermuda, install a state of the art irrigation and improve the overall storm water management system. 4 Initial Deposit: $40,000 ($20,000 is refundable upon sale of the property.)
