Seller Insight

It was the seclusion of Cedar Lodge, hidden in a woodland clearing at the bottom of its steps, that first attracted the current owners. “Cedar Lodge is a truly unique place to live”, they say. “Every morning we wake to a different panoramic view through our bedroom window; from the bluebells and wild garlic of spring, through to the verdant green of summer; the rich colours of autumn and on to the frost and snow of winter.”

“Cedar Lodge is so many things. It is a family home and a party house; warm and cosy when the log fire is alight, yet bright and spacious when the bi-fold doors are open and the outside and inside become one.”

The owners take great pleasure from their home each and every day. “When we get home from work we stand at the top of our steps knowing that at the bottom, hidden from sight, is our haven. As we walk down the steps we leave the stresses and strains of our day behind us.”

All of the above can be enjoyed with the added benefit of having the historic and beautiful spa town of Malvern on the doorstep. The town also boasts a direct train line to London Paddington and easy access to the M5 motorway.

“Walking our dogs on the Malvern Hills begins the minute we open our front door as we own two thirds of an acre of them,’ the owners say,’ and there is no better way to end the day than sitting on one of our balconies with a glass of wine watching the sun go down.”*
