Cynnwys 2 Cwestiynau i’r Dirprwy Brif Weinidog a’r Gweinidog dros yr Economi a Thrafnidiaeth 12 Cwestiynau i’r Gweinidog dros Blant, Addysg, Dysgu Gydol Oes a Sgiliau 34 Cwestiynau i’r Gweinidog dros Gyllid a Chyflenwi Gwasanaethau Cyhoeddus 34 Cwestiynau i’r Gweinidog dros Iechyd a Gwasanaethau Cymdeithasol 35 Cwestiynau i’r Gweinidog dros Dreftadaeth 42 Cwestiynau i’r Gweinidog dros Faterion Gwledig Atebion a roddwyd i Aelodau ar 7 Mai 2009 Cwestiynau i’r Dirprwy Brif Weinidog a’r Gweinidog dros yr Economi a Thrafnidiaeth Nick Bourne (Canolbarth a Gorllewin Cymru): Faint o swyddi sydd wedi cael eu creu hyd yn hyn ers cyhoeddi’r Prosiect Twf Busnes gwerth £45m yn y drydedd uwchgynhadledd economaidd ym mis Rhagfyr 2008? (WAQ53961) Y Dirprwy Brif Weinidog a’r Gweinidog dros yr Economi a Thrafnidiaeth (Ieuan Wyn Jones): Mae’r Prosiect Twf Busnes a gyhoeddwyd yn yr uwchgynhadledd economaidd ym mis Rhagfyr, fel rhan o becyn ehangach o gymorth sydd ar gael i fusnesau bach a chanolig yng Nghymru, yn casglu allbynnau swyddi a grëwyd ar ôl cwblhau cymorth. Felly mae’n rhy gynnar yn y broses i gofnodi unrhyw swyddi a grëwyd. Nick Bourne (Canolbarth a Gorllewin Cymru): Pa gamau y mae Llywodraeth Cynulliad Cymru wedi’u cymryd i sicrhau diogelwch ym Maes Awyr Llanbedr, Gwynedd, ers iddi fod yn berchen ar y safle? (WAQ53963) Nick Bourne (Canolbarth a Gorllewin Cymru): Pa asesiadau risg y mae Llywodraeth Cynulliad Cymru wedi’u gwneud yng nghyswllt risgiau diogelwch o ran yr adeiladau a’r tir yn yr ardal a elwir yn Maes Awyr Llanbedr yng Ngwynedd ers iddi fod yn berchen ar y safle? (WAQ53964) Nick Bourne (Canolbarth a Gorllewin Cymru): A yw Llywodraeth Cynulliad Cymru erioed wedi ceisio cyngor (neu wedi cael cyngor) gan unrhyw sefydliadau Amddiffyn a Diogelwch Masnach a Buddsoddi y DU ynghylch diogelwch ym Maes Awyr segur Llanbedr yng Ngwynedd ers iddi fod yn berchen arno? (WAQ53965) Nick Bourne (Canolbarth a Gorllewin Cymru): A yw Llywodraeth Cynulliad Cymru yn cyflogi unrhyw gwmni diogelwch i ymgymryd â diogelwch ym Maes Awyr segur Llanbedr yng Ngwynedd ac, os felly, pa ddyletswyddau y mae’r cwmni hwn yn eu cyflawni? (WAQ53966) Nick Bourne (Canolbarth a Gorllewin Cymru): A yw trefniadau diogelwch Llywodraeth Cynulliad Cymru ar gyfer safle Maes Awyr Llanbedr yng Ngwynedd yn unol â gofynion ei hyswiriwr ar gyfer y safle? (WAQ53967) Nick Bourne (Canolbarth a Gorllewin Cymru): Sut y mae Llywodraeth Cynulliad Cymru yn monitro’r risg diogelwch a’r materion sy’n ymwneud ag atebolrwydd yn safle Maes Awyr Llanbedr yng Ngwynedd? (WAQ53970) Nick Bourne (Canolbarth a Gorllewin Cymru): A yw Llywodraeth Cynulliad Cymru yn cadw Cofrestr Risgiau Diogelwch ar gyfer safle Maes Awyr Llanbedr yng Ngwynedd? (WAQ53971) Nick Bourne (Canolbarth a Gorllewin Cymru): Pa drefniadau diogelwch sydd ar waith i rwystro ymwelwyr digroeso rhag dod i safle Maes Awyr Llanbedr yng Ngwynedd? (WAQ53972) Nick Bourne (Canolbarth a Gorllewin Cymru): A yw Llywodraeth Cynulliad Cymru wedi cynnal unrhyw asesiad risg terfysgwyr yng nghyswllt diogelwch safle Maes Awyr Llanbedr yng Ngwynedd ers iddi fod yn berchen arno? (WAQ53973) Y Dirprwy Brif Weinidog: Mae safle Maes Awyr Llanbedr yn wag ar hyn o bryd. Fodd bynnag, mae’r holl adeiladau wedi’u diogelu a dim ond trwy gatiau wedi’u cloi y gellir cael mynediad i’r safle. Mae ffens ddiogelwch dau fetr o uchder ar hyd y ffin/perimedr sy’n cyd-ffinio’r briffordd a chynhelir archwiliadau safle rheolaidd er mwyn sicrhau na fu mynediad anghyfreithlon ac na thanseiliwyd diogelwch. 2 Atebion a roddwyd i Aelodau ar 7 Mai 2009 Cynhaliwyd asesiad risg trylwyr o’r safle ac nid ystyrir bod y safle’n risg diogelwch nac mewn perygl o derfysgaeth ddomestig a/neu ryngwladol. Fel y cyfryw, ni cheisiwyd unrhyw gyngor gan unrhyw sefydliad amddiffyn na diogelwch yn y DU. Yn unol â sefydliadau eraill y llywodraeth, nid yw Llywodraeth Cynulliad Cymru yn yswirio eiddo gwag. Nick Bourne (Canolbarth a Gorllewin Cymru): A wnaiff y Gweinidog ddatganiad am gyswllt Llywodraeth Cynulliad Cymru â ‘Business in Focus’ er mwyn darparu cyngor a chefnogaeth i fusnesau ym Mhowys? (WAQ53975) Y Dirprwy Brif Weinidog: Llwyddodd Business in Focus i ennill contract i ddarparu’r Gwasanaeth Canolfan Ranbarthol Cymorth Hyblyg i Fusnes yng Nghanolbarth Cymru, sy’n cynnwys Powys. Nododd y ddogfen dendro y gallai TUPE fod yn berthnasol i’r contract hwn; cyfrifoldeb y darpar gontractwyr oedd pennu’r risg posibl. Bu Business in Focus mewn anghydfod ag un o’r contractwyr Llygad Busnes blaenorol mewn perthynas â’r mater hwn, a arweiniodd at dynnu yn ôl o’r cynnig contract cyn y dyddiad dechrau cyflwyno, sef 1af Ebrill. Er mwyn sicrhau nad yw busnesau yng Nghanolbarth Cymru o dan anfantais, rydym wedi ymestyn y gwasanaeth cynghori Cymorth Cyffredinol i Fusnes er mwyn sicrhau bod busnesau yn y rhanbarth yn parhau i gael cyngor a chymorth busnes. Nick Bourne (Canolbarth a Gorllewin Cymru): Yn dilyn ei ateb i WAQ53908, a wnaiff y Gweinidog roi gwybod faint o’r rheini a restrir oedd yn gerddwyr? (WAQ53976) Y Dirprwy Brif Weinidog: O’r 15 o anafiadau y manylir arnynt yn yr ymateb i WAQ53908, nid oedd unrhyw gerddwyr. Nick Bourne (Canolbarth a Gorllewin Cymru): Yn dilyn WAQ53897, a wnaiff y Gweinidog ddarparu rhestr o’r pentrefi y cyfeirir atynt? (WAQ53981) Y Dirprwy Brif Weinidog: Mae dwy restr sy’n enwi’r holl bentrefi y cyfeirir atynt yn WAQ53897 yn atodedig. Mae arolwg diweddar wedi nodi 112 o Bentrefi ar y rhwydwaith cefnffyrdd sydd â throedffordd ar un ochr: Abergwilli Belan Beulah Blaenannerch Blaenplwyf Blaenporth Bow Street Brynhoffnant Builth Road Buttington (Cefn) Bwlch Carno Cemmaes Road Cilmeri 3 Atebion a roddwyd i Aelodau ar 7 Mai 2009 Crossgates Cwmdu Cynghordy Dinas Cross Dol-fach Erwood Felindre Farchog Ffos y Ffin Four Crosses Fron (ger Crossgates) Garth Llangrwyne Henfynyw Howey Libanus Llanbadarn Fynydd Llanbrynmair Llandysilio Llanelwedd Llanerfyl Llangadfan Llangadog Llangurig Llansbyddid Llanwrda Llanwrthwl Llanwrtyd Llanymynech Llechryd Llyswen Llwyncelyn Treberfedd Trecelyn Penparc Penparcau Pont ar Gothi Pool Quay Refail Rhydyfelin Rhydypennau Sarnau Pont Senni Tal y Bont Talgarth (Brycheiniog) Tan y Groes Tre Taliesin Tre-wern Trecastell Tre-main Tretwr Foel A5 Capel Curig A5 Betws y Coed A5 Pentrefoelas A5 Cerrigydrudion 4 Atebion a roddwyd i Aelodau ar 7 Mai 2009 A5 Maerdy A5 Glyndyfrdwy A487 Treborth A487 Groesion A487 Pant Glas A487 Bryncir A487 Penmorfa A487 Glan y Morfa A487 Minffordd A487 Gellilydan A487 Corris Uchaf A487 Corris A487 Pantperthog A470 Dolwyddelan A470 Blaenau Ffestiniog A470 Llan Ffestiniog A470 Trawsfynydd A470 Bron Aber A470 Ganllwyd A470 Llanelltyd A470 Dolgellau A470 Dinas Mawddwy A494 Alltami A494 Cadol A494 Loggerheads A494 Llanbedr A494 Pwllglas A494 Gwyddelwern A494 Llanfor A494 Llanuwchllyn A494 Rhydymain A446 Bulwark A40 Gorllewin Sgleddau A40 Gorllewin Treletert A40 Gorllewin Trefgarn A40 Gorllewin Prendergast A40 Gorllewin Hwlffordd A40 Gorlleiwn Robeston Wathen A40 Gorllewin Llanddewi Felffre A477 Llanteg A477 Milton A477 Kingswood A477 Doc Penfro Mae arolwg diweddar wedi nodi 91 o bentrefi heb droedffordd neu droedffordd ysbeidiol: Aberarth Aberbidno Abercrychan Abergwydol Aber-miwl Ardd-lin Derwen-fawr Caersws Cemmaes 5 Atebion a roddwyd i Aelodau ar 7 Mai 2009 Clatter Commins-coch Cwmbelan Cwmllinau Cyfronnydd Derwenlas Dinas Cross Dol y Maen Dol-wen Dolfor Eglwyswrw Felindre Farchog Felingerrig Fron (ger Garthmyl) Garthmyl Glandyfi Llanarth Llanbister Llandinam Llanegwad Llanfair Caereinion Llanhamlach Llanrhystud Llansantffraid Llantwyd Llywel Maerdy Maenordeilo Melin-y-ddol Nant y Dugoed Nant-ddu Nantgaredig Penegoes Pengenffordd Penystrywaid Pentre Gat Plwmp Waun-fach Pont-dolgoch Rhydgaled Sgethrog Post-mawr Talerddig Tre’r Ddol Wern (ger Ardd-Lin) Felin Wen A40 Gorllewin Tangiers A40 Gorllewin Llwyn Helyg A40 Gorllewin Hendy-gwyn A40 Gorllewin Pwll Trap A40 Gorllewin Sanclêr A40 Gorllewin Banc y Felin A40 Gorllewin Traveller’s Rest A40 Gorllewin Johnstown A40 Gorllewin Caerfyrddin 6 Atebion a roddwyd i Aelodau ar 7 Mai 2009 A48 Gorllewin Llangynnwr A48 Gorllewin Nant-y-caws A48 Gorllewin Llanddarog A48 Gorllewin Cefneithin A48 Gorllewin Cross Hands A48 Gorllewin Cwmgwili A465 Cwmgwrach A465 Hirwaun A 40 Dwyrain Y Fenni A40 Dwyrain The Grange A40 Dwyrain Rhaglan A40 Dwyrain Llanfihangel Troddi A40 Dwyrain Penpergwm A40 Dwyrain Bryngwyn A40 Dwyrain Trefynwy A40 Dwyrain Llandidiwg A40 Dwyrain Ganarew A483 Derwydd A483 Tallard A483 Cyffordd Maerdy A483 Ffairfach A487 Glan Dwyfach A487 Dolbenmaen A494 Glan yr Afon A494 Bethel A494 Samau A494 Cefn-ddwysarn Nick Bourne (Canolbarth a Gorllewin Cymru): Yn dilyn WAQ53898, a wnaiff y Gweinidog ddarparu rhestr o’r ysgolion cynradd y cyfeirir atynt? • Dyfed Invertebrate Group Has Received Amongst Entomologists Nationwide and There Are Now Almost One Hundred Subscribers to the Newsletter
DYFED INVERTEBRATE GROUP NEWSLETTER N°. 2 June 1986 We have been gratified by the reception that the formation of the Dyfed Invertebrate Group has received amongst entomologists nationwide and there are now almost one hundred subscribers to the Newsletter. This is a sound base upon which to establish our contribution to invertebrate conservation in west Wales and the specialists involved cover a very wide range of groups. With the summer now upon us (or so I'm reliably informed) the impetus should be there for us all to get out 'in the field' and add to our knowledge of the distribution and ecological requirements of the county fauna. Do remember to send in your records to the relevant county recorders and keep us informed of any interesting observations. The Newsletter is here to ensure that significant records and accounts of methodical surveys find their way in to print. We would welcome more feed-back from subscribers, both in the form of articles for the Newsletter and suggestions for the improvement of DIG - do drop us a line from time to time and tell us how your invertebrate work is progressing. Which brings me to the thorny problem of subscriptions! The DIG Newsletter is produced entirely through the kindness of NCC Dyfed-Powys in allowing us access to secretarial and photo-copying facilities. However, we would appreciate assistance with postage and hence the subscription for 1986 will be four First Class Stamps. Please send your 'subscription' to the Editor during the course of the summer. We regret that the September issue of the Newsletter will not be sent to members who have not forwarded their subscription in time.

Powys LDP 2011-2026: Deposit Draft with Focussed Changes and Further Focussed Changes plus Matters Arising Changes September 2017 2 Powys Local Development Plan 2011 – 2026 1/4/2011 to 31/3/2026 Written Statement Adopted April 2018 (Proposals & Inset Maps published separately) Adopted Powys Local Development Plan 2011-2026 This page left intentionally blank Cyngor Sir Powys County Council Adopted Powys Local Development Plan 2011-2026 Foreword I am pleased to introduce the Powys County Council Local Development Plan as adopted by the Council on 17th April 2017. I am sincerely grateful to the efforts of everyone who has helped contribute to the making of this Plan which is so important for the future of Powys. Importantly, the Plan sets out a clear and strong strategy for meeting the future needs of the county’s communities over the next decade. By focussing development on our market towns and largest villages, it provides the direction and certainty to support investment and enable economic opportunities to be seized, to grow and support viable service centres and for housing development to accommodate our growing and changing household needs. At the same time the Plan provides the protection for our outstanding and important natural, built and cultural environments that make Powys such an attractive and special place in which to live, work, visit and enjoy. Our efforts along with all our partners must now shift to delivering the Plan for the benefit of our communities. Councillor Martin Weale Portfolio Holder for Economy and Planning

  • 'IARRIAGES Introduction This Volume of 'Stray' Marriages Is Published with the Hope That It Will Prove
S T R A Y S Volume One: !'IARRIAGES Introduction This volume of 'stray' marriages is published with the hope that it will prove of some value as an additional source for the familv historian. For economic reasons, the 9rooms' names only are listed. Often people married many miles from their own parishes and sometimes also away from the parish of the spouse. Tracking down such a 'stray marriage' can involve fruitless and dishearteninq searches and may halt progress for many years. - Included here are 'strays', who were married in another parish within the county of Powys, or in another county. There are also a few non-Powys 'strays' from adjoining counties, particularly some which may be connected with Powys families. For those researchers puzzled and confused by the thought of dealing with patronymics, when looking for their Welsh ancestors, a few are to be found here and are ' indicated by an asterisk. A simple study of these few examples may help in a search for others, although it must be said, that this is not so easy when the father's name is not given. I would like to thank all those members who have helped in anyway with the compilation of this booklet. A second collection is already in progress; please· send any contributions to me. • Ceredigion Welsh District Council Elections Results 1973-1991
Ceredigion Welsh District Council Elections Results 1973-1991 Colin Rallings and Michael Thrasher The Elections Centre Plymouth University The information contained in this report has been obtained from a number of sources. Election results from the immediate post-reorganisation period were painstakingly collected by Alan Willis largely, although not exclusively, from local newspaper reports. From the mid- 1980s onwards the results have been obtained from each local authority by the Elections Centre. The data are stored in a database designed by Lawrence Ware and maintained by Brian Cheal and others at Plymouth University. Despite our best efforts some information remains elusive whilst we accept that some errors are likely to remain. Notice of any mistakes should be sent to [email protected]. The results sequence can be kept up to date by purchasing copies of the annual Local Elections Handbook, details of which can be obtained by contacting the email address above. Front cover: the graph shows the distribution of percentage vote shares over the period covered by the results. The lines reflect the colours traditionally used by the three main parties. The grey line is the share obtained by Independent candidates while the purple line groups together the vote shares for all other parties. Rear cover: the top graph shows the percentage share of council seats for the main parties as well as those won by Independents and other parties. The lines take account of any by- election changes (but not those resulting from elected councillors switching party allegiance) as well as the transfers of seats during the main round of local election.
