Building Hours &Access Building Access

Entry to Microsoft floors is controlled via our card access system. A Microsoft badge is needed at all times to access Public Transit our space, including after-hours, holidays and weekends. A building badge is required for after-hours access to the Driving Directions building, as well as access beyond the 1st floor. The Concierge/Security Desk in the Atrium is covered from Parking 6am – 10pm. The tenant service desk inside the turnstiles has coverage 24/7. Highlights The building doors lock at 10pm. The Microsoft business hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm. Neighborhood

Visitor Access Food & Drink A Microsoft representative will be stationed in the central building lobby to facilitate visitor access. Wellness

All visitors will be required to show a government Hotels issued ID to obtain a visitor badge.

Ask visitors to scan their badges at the turnstiles in order Casinos to proceed through and access the elevator banks. Ask visitors to take either set of elevators up to the 5th floor.

Please note: the left set of elevators will go up to the “Woodward” side of the building, and the right side will go to the “Monroe” side.

Montcalm St. Directions Building Access The new Detroit office is a 5 minute walk from the People Mover Cadillac Center Station. You can catch the People Public Transit Mover right in the One Campus Martius parking lot and on Gratiot Ave. People Mover loops around the Driving Directions Grand Circus Downtown Detroit area, connecting you to many key sites.

Grand Circus Parking Broadway Accross the Street from One Campus Martius, you can board the QLine Streetcar. The QLine connects Downtown Highlights to the Midtown and New Center districts. Cadillac Center Greektown Neighborhood Numerous bus stops are within walking distance of the One Campus Martius building. The Detroit office is located about 30 to 45 minutes (24 miles) Public Transit away from the Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport.

Building Access P Parking Details Overflow Parking There is ample parking at Microsoft Detroit. Public Transit (Z-Lot) Parking Structure The One Campus Martius (OCM) Deck is located on Driving Directions Farmer St. between Monroe Ave. and Gratiot Ave. Parking PLEASE NOTE: Microsoft employees should access the parking structure using the Visitor Parking entrance. The entrance labeled “Employee Highlights Parking” is reserved for employees of Quicken Loans. Neighborhood The Visitor Parking Entrance is located on Farmer St., behind the One Campus Martius building. You can Food & Drink access the Visitor Parking entrance from Monroe St. or Gratiot Ave. Wellness

Overflow parking, should you need it, is located in the Hotels Z-Lot off Gratiot Ave.

Building Access Additional Access Information Height Restrictions: The maximum height for vehicles at Public Transit the OCM Deck is 6’10”. Driving Directions Motorcycle Parking: There is motorcycle parking on the 1st floor near the Farmer St. entrance. You will need to Parking press the intercom button to enter the garage. Highlights Electric Vehicle Spaces: There are electric vehicle (EV) spaces on the 1st ramp, right after entering from Farmer St., that are first come, first serve. Please do not park in Neighborhood these spots if you are not driving an EV vehicle. Food & Drink Bicycle Parking & Air Pump Wellness Secure bicycle parking can be found within the main parking structure. Hotels A free air pump is located on the right hand side right of Farmer St. entry. Casinos Vehicle Assistance If you require emergency vehicle assistance, such as a battery jump, a vehicle lockout, flat tire assistance, or need a tow, please call the Parking Team.
