This publication includes select developments that are classified as a new building or major renovation (as opposed to an update or rehabilitation) either completed this year or currently under construction.

Most project information was submitted by developers through email surveys. If information was not disclosed or responses were not submitted, DDP staff supplemented with information available from alternate sources including third parties and project websites. Note: Some projects may not be included if information was not available and completion dates are subject to change.
