SUNDAY, AUGUST 18, 2019 RESIDENCE HALLS OPEN FOR EARLY FALL SEMESTER OCCUPANCY Residence halls open for early fall semester occupancy at 10 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 18. Students have the option to move into their permanent residence hall assignment earlier than the official opening date (Aug. 24). Students moving into the residence halls prior to Aug. 24 will be charged a daily fee covering housing and most meals. Meals for early occupancy students will begin with breakfast on Aug. 19. Check the housing and dining services website for the dining center schedule. SATURDAY, AUG. 24, 2019 RESIDENCE HALLS OFFICIALLY OPEN FOR FALL SEMESTER OCCUPANCY Residence halls officially open for fall semester occupancy at 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 24. SATURDAY, AUG. 31, 2019 LABOR DAY WEEKEND — HALLS OPEN All residence halls are open. Check the housing and dining services website for the dining center schedule. No classes on Monday, Sept. 2. SATURDAY, NOV. 23, 2019 FALL BREAK — HALLS CLOSE Residence halls close at noon Saturday, Nov. 23. The evening meal on Friday, Nov. 22, is the last meal served. Residence halls reopen for occupancy at 1 p.m. Friday, Nov. 29. Breakfast on Monday, Dec. 2, is the first meal served. SATURDAY, DEC. 21, 2019 WINTER BREAK AND END OF SEMESTER — HALLS CLOSE Residence halls close at noon on Saturday, Dec. 21. The evening meal on Friday, Dec. 20, is the last meal served. THURSDAY, JAN. 16, 2020 RESIDENCE HALLS OPEN FOR EARLY SPRING SEMESTER OCCUPANCY Residence halls open for early spring semester occupancy at 1 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 16. Students have the option to move into their permanent residence hall assignment earlier than the official opening date (Jan. 19). Students moving into the residence halls prior to Jan. 19 will be charged a daily fee covering housing and most meals. Meals for early move-in students will begin with dinner on Jan. 16. Students needing to move into the residence halls prior to Jan. 16 will be accommodated on a case-by-case basis. Meals prior to Jan. 16 will be available only if a dining center is serving. Check the housing and dining services website for the dining center schedule. SUNDAY, JAN. 19, 2020 RESIDENCE HALLS OFFICIALLY OPEN FOR OCCUPANCY SPRING SEMESTER Residence halls open for spring semester occupancy at 1 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 19. The first meal served is breakfast on Monday, Jan. 20. Check the housing and dining services website for the dining center schedule. Tuesday, Jan. 21, is the first day of class for the spring semester. SATURDAY, MARCH 7, 2020 SPRING BREAK — HALLS CLOSE Residence halls close at noon on Saturday, March 7. The evening meal on Friday, March 6, is the last meal served. Halls reopen for occupancy at 1 p.m. Sunday, March 15. Breakfast on Monday, March 16, is the first meal served. SATURDAY, MAY 16, 2020 END OF SEMESTER — HALLS CLOSE Residence halls close at noon on Saturday, May 16. Residence who need to remain on campus must make prior arrangements with staff. The evening meal on Friday, May 15, is the last meal served.
