Moderate coastal flooding is expected for the high tide Thursday afternoon, Friday morning, and Friday evening for the Delaware and New Jersey coastline.
Gale force winds of 35 to 40 knots are expected on the Atlantic Ocean and lower Delaware Bay.
Wind gusts along the Delaware and New Jersey coast could reach 35 to 45 mph at times.
