KarnatakaState Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (KSIIDC)is planning to develop a state of art Bengaluru Signature Business Parkin an area of 407.08 acres, atDevanahalli, Bengaluru District, Karnataka. The proposed development comprises:

a. Business District comprising Corporate Offices, Parks, Mall & Multiplex, Premium Corporate Parks and Club b. MICE & Retail District comprising Bengaluru International Convention Center c. Design & Culture District comprising, Media Center & Offices, Arts&Crafts Center, Cultural Museum, Design Experience Center/Product Experience & Launching Center d. Total developable land is about 247.13 acres with a built-up area of 28,62,904Sqm. The entire development will be done in five phases based on market demand.

The phase wise development of Mixed Use Signature Project is as follows:

The Environmental Infrastructure consists of pollution control and treatment schemes and covers the following facilities within the project site. These facilities are a part of the basic infrastructure mentioned above.

The social infrastructure would be provided by the Master Developer to make the facility available for prospective investors as early as possible. The following facilities will be provided as part of the social infrastructure development:
