Financial: There are no financial implications directly as a result of consideration of this report. However, all enforcement notices have a right of appeal which have cost implications and in some instances the Council could invoke default powers to secure compliance with the notices. Staffing: There are no staffing implications as a result of this report. Introduction 1.1 The former Planning Committee has requested that an update report be brought to Committee on a quarterly basis as the information in this report directly relates to Development Management it will now be presented to the Development Management Committee. 1.2 This report provides information regarding the enforcement service between April and June 2011. 2. Current Caseload 2.1 There are currently 148 matters shown as open on the database. This figure includes mattes where formal notices have been served and are either within time for submitting an appeal or within the timescale for compliance. Appendix 1 This is down from over 350 cases at the beginning of April 2010 and represents a manageable workload. The priorities set out in the Enforcement Policy. Adopted in February 2010, are under review and the results of this review will be discussed with Councillors at a seminar to be held on 31st August in the Council Chamber. Details of this seminar will be circulated nearer date. 2.2 In accordance with the Council’s adopted priorities there are currently: Priority 1 16 Priority 2 51 Priority 3 73 Priority 4 8 Total 148 3.     Agreement for Tenancy of an Allotment Garden These rules are made under the provisions of the Allotment Acts 1908-1950. This agreement has been approved and adopted by Bardney Group Parish Council at the meeting on 16th November 2017 (Minute Item 271-16/11/2017 refers) and amended at the meeting on 19th April 2018 (Minute item 349-19/04/2018 refers). This agreement replaces all previous agreements and amendments made by Bardney Group Parish Council. All previous individual basis consents given by the council stand, with all new matters being put forward to the council on an individual basis. This agreement applies to the allotment field site situated on Horncastle Road, Bardney. The agreement sets out the conditions of tenancy of your allotment garden which must be followed. A copy of this agreement is provided for all allotment tenants. By signing the allotment tenancy agreement, tenants undertake to abide by the terms and conditions set out herein in their entirety.
