Sporting Regulations RCCO #RaceHome (Season 1)

The RCCO (Racing Concept Cars Organisation) of RCCO E-Sport AG (hereinafter called RCCO) announces the RCCO #RaceHome Charity Racing Series (Season 1) under the following conditions:

Art. RH 1 – Platform, race tracks

The races will be held on the platform “Playstation 4” and the game “”. Each race takes place on a different virtual circuit, with only replicas of real race tracks being driven. The races are held virtually. This means that participation is possible from any location.

Art. RH 2 – Events a) The RCCO #RaceHome Charity Racing Series consists of ten events. The races take place every Monday evening from 8 AM CEST. The following dates are planned for Season 1:

21/04 28/04 04/05 11/05 18/05 25/05 01/06 08/06 15/06 22/06 b) The race tracks will be drawn by lot at the beginning of each event – in such a way that each track is only used once.

The following race tracks are used:

1 RCCO #RaceHome (Season 1) Sporting regulations c) The first event will be held on dry track. For all other events the weather conditions will be drawn by lot.

Art. RH 3 – Eligible cars

Only the Audi e-tron Vision Gran Turismo without tuning measures is permitted at the RCCO #RaceHome Charity Racing Series events.

Art. RH 4 – Eligible drivers a) In the RCCO #RaceHome Charity Racing Series, the six current DTM drivers from Audi are eligible to start, plus the six best drivers according to the current standings of the RCCO E-Sport Series. b) Three further places will be allocated for charity purposes – namely:

1) Winner of the weekly #RaceHome Design Contest, which runs from Thursday to Monday 10 AM CEST. The six DTM drivers from Audi choose the design of the week on Monday. The winner will receive the starting place for the race the next day.

2) A guest driver assigned by AUDI AG, Department I/GP-P3

3) The third place will be awarded to the highest bid received by Monday, 10:00 AM CEST via [email protected]

Legal action is excluded in each case. b) Drivers must register on the Playstation Network and become friends on the network with the series manager and lobby host BS04_BSkottke, Vision_RCCO and the other participants. The real name of the driver must be released. c) The guest drivers will be published on Monday at 11:00 AM CEST on Twitter @rccoracehome. d) Every guest driver must mail his PS4 name, e-mail address, a portrait photo and information about himself to [email protected] by Monday 3:00 PM CEST. Only if all data is delivered the participation in the race possible.

Art. RH 5 – Alias names a) Permanent drivers must using aliases on the PlayStation Network with the following rules:

DTM drivers: ROC_99_DTM (Three Letter Code + race number + DTM) RCCO drivers: MN19_MNiemas (RCCO driver code + first letter of first name + surname)

Art. RH 6 – Start number logos a) On each vehicle at least one start number must be placed centrally on the rear window and one further on the bonnet or visible from the front. The DTM drivers use their DTM start numbers, the RCCO drivers their personal start number logos. For the three guest drivers, the starting numbers 01 (Design Contest), 02 (guest drivers) and 03 (Auction) are reserved.

Art. RH 7 – Series Partner

The logos of the series partners must be sported on each car in accordance with the RCCO Sponsorship Regulations which are available for download on the official website www.rcco. ag. The logos will be publicly shared on the PlayStation Network.

Art. RH 8 – Race Control a) Permanent race director of the RCCO #RaceHome Charity Racing Series is Frank Biela. The race director makes all decisions and is responsible for the course of the race. He is not allowed to participate in the races himself. b) All decisions are communicated orally via Team Radio on Zoom and in the Zoom chat. c) As a rule, the race control uses the following messages, preceded by the start number and the surname of the driver concerned:

Art. RH 9 – Course of events a) For the events of the RCCO #RaceHome Charity Racing Series, the following procedure is planned:

Start of the event: 6:30 PM CEST (lobby opens at 6:15 PM CEST)

Roll-out (10 minutes) Q1 (about 5 minutes) Q2 (about 5 minutes) Q3 (about 5 minutes) Q4 (about 10 minutes) Semi final (approx. 5 minutes) Super final (1 round)

3 RCCO #RaceHome (Season 1) Sporting regulations b) The winners of Q1, Q2 and Q3 qualify directly for the semi-finals (starting positions 1-3), all other drivers complete Q4. c) The three best placed drivers of Q4 qualify for the semi-final (starting positions 4-6).

(d) The winner and runner-up of the semi-final shall qualify for the super-final. e) Race control reserves the right to repeat races that are too chaotic. f) The disconnect of a driver is comparable to a technical defect in real and therefore no reason for a race replay. g) The Pole sitter of the super final will drive an additional lap for the official stream of the event before the super final to explain the track to the spectators (English).

Art. RH 10 – Overall winner a) Points are awarded for the top six according to the key 10-6-4-3-2-1. Winner of the RCCO #RaceHome Charity Racing Series is the driver with the most points. In the event of a tie, the better individual rankings will decide. If there is still a tie, the first driver to achieve the best result will decide.

Art. RH 11 – Starting grid, start a) The starting grid for Q1, Q2 and Q3 corresponds to the reversed order of the championship standings, spread over the three groups, with the reserved for one of the three guest drivers in each case (starting number = qualifying race). In other words, the leader of the standings starts in Q1 from grid position 5.

Q1: Design Car #01, P10, P7, P4, championship leader Q2: Guest Car #02, P11, P8, P5, P2 Q3: Charity Auction Car #03, P12, P9, P6, P3 b) At the first race of the season, the grid positions for the 12 permanent participants will be raffled. c) The starting grid for Q4 is the same as the overall results of Q1, Q2 and Q3, with the driver with the best overall time starting from pole position. Drivers who have not finished a race will be sorted according to their start numbers. d) The first three starting positions of the semi-final will be awarded to the winners of Q1, Q2 and Q3, with the driver with the fastest overall time starting from pole position. Starting positions 4-6 will be awarded to the top three of Q4. e) The pole position for the Super final will be awarded to the winner of the semi final. b) The start is standing with jump start detection.

Art. RH 12 – Tyres

At the events of the RCCO E-Sport Series only tyres of the type "Race Supersoft" and rain tyres are allowed. Tyre changes and pit stops are allowed at any time.

Art. RH 13 – Controller, driving aids, lobby settings a) The carss may be driven with the standard controllers of the PS4 and all standard steering wheels and pedals. b) During the events of the RCCO #RaceHome Charity Racing Series, only ABS is allowed as a driving aid. The brake balance may be adjusted. c) The following lobby settings are prescribed for the events:

Art. RH 14 – Communication among riders, Team Radio a) All drivers must participate in a “Team Radio” zoom video chat during the events. They must stream themselves via webcam in the best possible quality and be accessible at all times for the race director. Care must be taken that no disturbing background noise is transmitted, ideally the participants wear a headset. The language of the team radio also among the drivers is always English. b) All participants of the RCCO #RaceHome Charity Racing Series agree that the communication on Zoom will be used for the stream of the races. c) The stream of the race will be shown with a time delay (Tuesday from 8 PM CEST). Until the end of the stream, all drivers have to keep silence about the races and results of the respective event. Publishing is allowed only after the end of the stream. d) Live streaming during the recording of the events is not permitted. e) The server #VisionRCCO on Discord (RACEHOME) serves as the official communication channel for RCCO messages.

Art. RH 15 – Etiquette a) As far as “etiquette” is concerned, the RCCO #RaceHome Charity Racing Series is in principle subject to the worldwide rules of sporting conduct of the FIA and the game “Gran Turismo Sport”. b) Anyone causing a collision in which the other driver is forced off completely off the track or his car is heavily damaged will be punished by the race control with “yellow cards”. The yellow cards are valid during the whole season. If the third yellow card is given, the driver concerned is not classified in the respective race and the number of his yellow cards is reset to zero. A driver can prevent the yellow card by immediately falling back behind the other driver in the incident. c) The RCCO expects maximum fairness among the participants. Collisions are to be avoided. Should a driver nevertheless crash into another driver and this is not immediately noticed by race control, both drivers involved should immediately report this to race control via Zoom. Race control will put the involved drivers as “Under Investigation”.

6 RCCO #RaceHome (Season 1) Sporting regulations d) In case of clear violations, a final penalty will be given by the race director during the race. e) In the case of unclear situations, the race director decides immediately after the respective race, after analysis of the replay, whether a penalty will be imposed or not. Until the final analysis by the race director, the results remain provisional. f) In the Semi Final and in the Super Final a swap of positions will be mandated by the race director in the event of a violation. Non-compliance will be punished with a disqualification.

These regulations are basically valid for a complete season of the RCCO #RaceHome Charity Racing Series. Precisions, additions and improvements are possible at any time.
