Introduction This directory has been created to provide a useful source of information for residents in the parish of Sockbridge and Tirril. It came about because residents were asked, as part of a Community Led Planning process, what actions would improve the area in which we live. One clear indication was that a directory of services, activities and resources available within the locality would be of value to all residents, no matter how long they have lived in the parish. A copy of this publication will also appear on the parish website, where any updates or amendments will be made ahead of any future reprints of a hard copy. We are grateful to the following for their support: - Cumbria County Council Sockbridge & Tirril Parish Council The Queen’s Head Inn Chambers Garage 2 1.
