Within the CES there will be the implementation of coordinated macroeconomic policy, competition policy, government procurement, provision of industrial subsidies, government support for agriculture, as well as creating conditions for equal access to the infrastructure of the countries which participate in CES in the sphere of energetics and rail transport, oil and gas transportation. At the same time, we observe certain stagnation and recoil in the most successful integration association – EU: barriers to labor movement are erected, national egoism of the EU countries is increased. Also it is offered to discuss responsibility of the separate countries for macroeconomic stability of the block in whole (for example: Greece, Ireland etc.) and measures directed on the achievement of this purpose. The study of the European integration experience, emerging problems and solutions can be the basis for determining the direction of further CES integration.
