We will try to notify applicants of any changes when applications are submitted Introduction The information in this booklet is for students who will be aged 19 or over on 31 August 2021 studying a further education course at levels 1-2. Bursary application can only be made online at http://www.gbmc.ac.uk/bursary Here is a summary of funds that may be available to you. We cannot accept responsibility for applications sent by post. You will not receive a 19+ award from the College If Tuition/Course fees You are under 19 years old on 31 August 2021 You have any outstanding debts to the College If the household income (earnings and benefits) is less than £30,000 and you are enrolled on a government co-funded You are planning to enrol on a course that does not receive course, these fees may be paid for you. government funding (you can check this with staff in the Student Centre in Brighton or the Admissions Centre in West Durrington) You are receiving funding for a Higher Education course Travel Bursary You are on an apprenticeship If the household income is less than £30,000 and you live more You are on an Adult & Community Learning course than 2.5 miles away from your campus, the College may be able to help you with this cost.
