DEPARTMENT OF TOURISM CHANDIGARH ADMINISTRATION INVITING PROPOSALS

Proposals are hereby invited from reputed Event Management Companies for providing eminent Punjabi/Bollywood Singer like Gurdass Mann, Amrinder Gill, Babbu Mann, Diljit Dosanjh, Gippy Grewal, Jassi Gill, Babbal Rai, Harbajan Mann, Sonu Nigam, Sunidhi Chauhan, , Javed Ali, Shankar Ehsaan Loy, A.Kay, Dilpreet Dhillon, Maninder Kailey to perform on World Music Day i.e. 21st June 2016 at Plaza, Sector-17, Chandigarh. The proposals should reach in the office of undersigned on or before 14th June, 2016 by 11:00 AM along with earnest money in the shape of Demand Draft of Rs. 30,000/- in favour of Director Tourism, Chandigarh. The Event Management Companies will bear the cost of the artists, light & sound and genset through sponsors. Terms & conditions:-

1. The Event Management Company/Corporates/Institutions should have Service Tax Number.

2. The agency will provide name of the artists along with the written consent of the artist.

3. The agency will be responsible to obtain license from IPRS & PPL etc.

4. In case, the Event Management Company/Corporates/Institutions fails to arrange the artist mentioned in their proposal, the company will be blacklisted for three years.

5. The Tourism Department will provide the venue, seating arrangements, security & traffic arrangements, permissions to put up the publicity material at designated places, sound permission, backdrop, stage setup, transportation, barricading to the Event Management Company.

6. The name and logo of Tourism Department and sponsors on publicity material i.e. banners/hoardings/newspapers/advertisement etc. will be displayed at the designated places should be got approved by the Director Tourism.

7. Sponsorship rights will be given to the selected Event Management Company.

8. The Event Management Company/Corporates/Institutions or proprietor should not be blacklisted by Chandigarh Administration or by any government. The Event Management Company/proprietor should furnish an affidavit that that the Event Company/Proprietor has never been blacklisted duly attested on stamp paper of Rs.10/-

9. In case more than two firms applied to arrange the artist free of cost for this event, then the allotment will be made on the basis of popularity of the artist quoted by the company.

10. The earnest money of the company will be forfeited in case the selected company fails to arrange the artist for the event.

11. In case of dispute of any kind, the jurisdiction shall be Chandigarh only.
