EXPRESSION OF INTEREST INVITING EVENT MANAGEMENT COMPANY Chandigarh Carnival Festival-2013
Chandigarh Administration will be celebrating Chandigarh Carnival Festival from 22nd to 24th November, 2013 at Leisure Valley, Sector-10, Chandigarh. Sealed Expression of Interest (Technical & Financial in separate envelopes) to be submitted along with earnest money of Rs.50,000/- demand Draft in favour of Secretary, Chandigarh Carnival Society, Chandigarh. Event Management Companies/ Corporate/ Institutions having minimum three years experience in organizing such events may send Expression of Interest for following events:-
1. Entertainment Show (Live Performance) by one Eminent laughter challenge Artist i.e. Sudesh Lehri, Krishna, Kapil Sharma, Gurpreet Ghuggi, Rana Ranbir OR Bhagwant Maan, one Award winner singer from Talent Hunt at TV viz Toshi, Abhijeet Sawant, Rahul Vaidya, Raja Hasan, Harshad Saxena, Kamal Khan OR Purvi with dance troupe to perform on 22nd November, 2013.
2. Musical Evening (Live Performance) by one of the Bollywood Eminent Singers along with dance troupe i.e. Shaan, Imran Khan, Kumar Sanu, Kilash Kher, Sonu Nigam, Sunidhi Chauhan, Shreya Ghoshal, Shankar Ehsaan Loy, Amanat Ali, Arijit Singh, Ankit, Tiwari, Abhijeet Bhattacharya, Lucky Ali, Mohit Chauhan OR K.K. to perform on 23rd November, 2013.
3. Musical Evening (Live performance) by one of the Punjabi Eminent Singers with dance troupe i.e. Babu Maan, Sartaj, Sukhbir, Gurdas Maan, Mika, Gippy Grewal, Sukhwinder, Miss Pooja OR Amrinder Gill who will perform on 24th November, 2013(Live performance).
The event management company which will seek minimum contribution from Chandigarh Carnival Society and manage maximum sponsorship to bear the expenditure on musical Nites shall be preferred.
The Expression of Interest should reach in the office of undersigned on or before 04th October, 2013 by 11:00 AM. The Technical bid will be opened on same day at 03:00 PM in the presence of interested representative. The financial bids will be opened in the presence of Event Agencies qualify the Technical bids on same day or on the date & time intimated in due course. The Expression of Interest received without earnest money/prescribed experience shall be rejected out rightly. The undersigned has all the rights to reject any/all bid(s) without giving any reason.
