OFFICE ORDER

In Pursuance of Principal Secretary to Government of Punjab, Labour Department Memo No. 454/2009/2 Lab-438 dated 2/3/2009 , the circles of Deputy / Assistant Director of Factories are re-organized as under: -

Sr. Name of Jurisdiction No. Circle 1 -1 Right side of Railway Line starting from Chowk upto boundary of tehsil Ludhiana and from boundary of tehsil Ludhiana upto Gill Road then upto Gill Chowk ( Campa Cola Chowk) and from Gill Chowk upto Dholewal Chowk excluding Industrial Area'B" . 2 Ludhiana-2 Left Side of Ambala Bye-Pass starting from G.T.Road upto Chowk, starting from Samrala Chowk, the left side of link road upto Dholewal Chowk railway crossing then from Dholewal Chowk railway crossing left side of Ambala railway line upto Ambala Bye pass i.e Textile colony , Industrial Area'A" Transport nagar extension etc.

3 Ludhiana-3 Left side of road from Giaspura railway crossing up to Dharam Kanta and then from Dharam Kanta to M/s Aarti Steels Industries up to B.B.M.B Grid Sub-station on Chandigarh Road, starting from B.B.M.B Grid sub-station on Chandigarh road up to Boundry of Tehsil Ludhiana, then starting from boundry of Tehsil Ludhiana up to Tajpur road, from Tajpur Road upto Bye-Pass crossing ,then from crossing of Jalandhar Bye-pass up to Samrala Chowk and then left side of Chandigarh road up to B.B.M.B Grid sub-station and whole of Tehsil Samrala of District Ludhiana. 4 Ludhiana-4 Starting from Samrala Chowk right side of link road upto Dholewal railway crossing exclding Industrial Area-A, then right side of Ambala-Jalandhar railway line starting from Dholewal railway crossing upto Bridge, from Jagraon Bridge right side of old G.T.Road upto Ambedkar Chowk and starting from Ambedkar Chowk right side of Jalandhar Bye -Pass upto Samrala Chowk.

5 Ludhiana-5 Starting from Jagraon Bridge right side of Railway line upto boundary of tehsil Ludhiana, then via boundary of tehsil Ludhiana upto Taj pur Road, , from Tajpur road upto crossing of Jalandhar Bye-Pass , from crossing of Jalandhar Byepass upto Ambedkar Chowk and then right side of old G.T. Road to Jagraon Bridge and tehsil , Tehsil Jagraon and Tehsil Payal. 6 Ludhiana-6 Starting from Dholewal railway crossing right side of link road upto Gill Chowk and starting from Gill Chowk upto boundary of tehsil Ludhiana and from boundary of tehsil Ludhiana via Dhuri line upto Jagraon Bridge and Industrial Area'B'.

7 Ludhiana-7 Area lying on the right side of road starting from Giaspura railway line crossing up to Dharam Kanta and from Dharam Kanta to M/s Aarti Steels Industry's right side of the road up to B.B.M.B Grid Sub-station on Chandigarh Road, starting from B.B.M.B Grid sub- station right side of Chandigarh road up to Boundary of Tehsil Ludhiana, From boundary of Tehsil Ludhiana right side of Ambala Ludhiana railway line up to Giaspura railway crossing and the whole of Tehsil Khanna of District Ludhiana.

8 Whole of District S.A.S Nagar and District Ropar. 9 Fatehgarh Whole of District . Sahib 10 Amritsar-1 All the area lying on the North of G.T. Road starting from Khalsa College towards Putilghar up to Bhandari Bridge and on the north of the Railway Line starting from Bhandari Bridge up to Beas such as Road, Road, Hukam Singh Road, Mall Road, Jail Road, Seth Jagat Bandu Road, Queens Road, M.M Malviya Road, Race Course Road, Fatehgarh Road, Cooper Road, Court Road, Raja Sansi,Ajnala, Majitha ,Ramdas, Mehta and etc. Area Lying south of G.T Road, starting from Khalsa College towards Bhandari Bridge including Railway Workshop, , , Khasa, Chheharta, Putlighar, Islamabad, Haripura, Damgunj and all the area north west of circular road starting from hall Gate towards Hathi Gate, Gate Via Circular Road up to Khazana Gate and road leading towards Chabal up to boundary of Distt. Amritsar. 11 Amritsar-2 Area lying south of railway line starting from Bhandari Bridge up to Beas including walled city of Amritsar circular road from Hall Gate via Ram Bagh, Ghee Mandi, Sultan-Wind Gate leading up to Khazana Gate including East Mohan Nagar, Sultanwind Road, Tarn Taran Road, , and area of Beas lying south of railway and whole of Distt. Taran Taran.

12 Batala Whole of District . 13 Jalandhar-1 Area of on the side of Amritsar-Ludhiana Railway Line except Focal Point and Kartarpur Town.

14 Jalandhar-2 Area of Jalandhar District on the side of Ludhiana-Amritsar Railway Line except Tehsil including Kartarpur Town and Focal Point. 15 Whole of District Hoshiarpur and District . 16 Whole of District Kapurthala and Tehsil Phillaur of District Jalandhar. 17 Moga Distt. Moga, Muktsar and Faridkot 18 Ferozepur Whole of District Ferozepur. 19 Bhatinda Whole of District Bhatinda and Mansa. 20 Whole of District Sangrur and . 21 New Revenue limits of Distt. Patiala 22 A.D.F(H.Q) To assist the Addl. Director of Factories,. Chandigarh 23 Chemical -1 District Patiala, Sangrur, Barnala, Bhatinda, Mansa, Ferozepur, Moga, Faridkot, Mukatsar and Ludhiana. 24 Chemical-2 District S.A.S Nagar, Ropar, Hoshiarpur, Nawanshahr, Jalandhar, Kapurthala and Amritsar, Gurdaspur and Fatehgarh Sahib. 25 A.D.F. District S.A.S Nagar, Ropar, Patiala, Fatehgarh Sahib, Sangrur, Barnala, Bhatinda and (Medical) Mansa. Mohali 26 A.D.F. District Ludhiana , Moga , Faridkot , Muktsar and Ferozepur. Records which need to be transferred , consequent upon the above orders, should be transferred to the Deputy/ Assistant Director of Factories concerned after fixing date and time by mutual consultation under intimation to the Director of Factories, Punjab, Chandigarh without delay.
