Joe Dorman (D-Rush Springs) introduced legislation earlier this week which would impose restrictions on the use of credit cards by students/minors. If these amendments were approved by voters, the State Superintendent of Public Instruction, a position currently held by Sandy Garrett, would no longer be chosen through the election process.
