Destination Highlights Live Like There’S 48 Hours in a Day DESTINATION HIGHLIGHTS LIVE LIKE THERE’S 48 HOURS IN A DAY. A 24-hour day can be so limiting. In Reno Tahoe, it’s the only limit there is. It’s a place that demands you to push your boundaries. And never stay in your lane. Here, you can kayak all morning and crowd surf all night. This is where North America’s largest alpine lake meets the Biggest Little City in the World. And where there’s no shame in asking for seconds. So double down, double up and live like there’s 48 hours in a day. Northern Nevada’s High Desert Playground Even in a place with so much to offer, it’s easy to know where to start. Reno Tahoe checks every outdoor adventure box. No matter the season. Take a powder day with the highest concentration of ski resorts in North America. Hike, bike or tan alongside America’s most beautiful lake*. Or, go off the beaten path and kick up some high desert dirt in the face of the routine. To the wild and free, we say: you’ve come to the right place. *As voted by readers of USA TODAY HUNGRY? OF COURSE YOU ARE. When you invite renegades who aren’t easily satisfied to the table, you better be up to the task. Reno Tahoe delivers with a full menu of award- winning restaurants and eateries. Fuel up for the adventure ahead. Or, celebrate a day well-crushed. Grab some friends and grab a table on the river, the rooftop or wherever you damn-well please. The Best Art Breaks All The Rules. The same goes for Reno Tahoe. Here, art lives on walls, up the walls and on every street corner. Museums and murals stand on equal ground. When someone mentioned “art festival,” we went ahead and made it a whole month. What else can you expect from the closest city to Burning Man? And though we might seem a little rough around the edges, we have the only nationally accredited art museum in all of Nevada. WELCOME TO THE LAND OF NO LAST CALL. The Reno Tahoe bar and nightlife scene is anything but expected. We consider pub crawls, wine walks and brew bikes official modes of transportation. And if you’re looking for the setting of your next “you had to be there” night, take your pick from more speakeasies, taprooms, dives and dancefloors than you can count. Breweries? There’s a whole district for that. And last call? That’s the last thing you’ll hear. SAVE THE DATE. SEIZE THE DAY. We’re normally not one for making plans. But with an event calendar this stacked, exceptions have to be made. From January to December, there’s a Reno Tahoe event for the maverick in all of us. Here, we tame bulls and whitewater rapids. And race everything from hot rods to outhouses. Seriously. So whatever you’re into, come hungry for a good time. There’s always plenty to go around at VisitRenoTahoe.com/events A PLACE LIKE THIS IS TOO GOOD NOT TO SHARE. Over 50 airports nationwide offer nonstop or one-stop air service to Reno Tahoe. And in this ten-minutes-to-anywhere town, you can go from baggage claim to bouncing on the bed in no time. Jet lag never stood a chance. If you’d rather steer the course, we get it. Chart your own adventure, roll the windows down and get here with a short road trip from just about anywhere on the West Coast. We’ve never been easier to visit. Or harder to leave behind. ELDORADO RESORTS COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF MGM’S 50 PERCENT INTEREST IN SILVER LEGACY RESORT CASINO RENO AND ALL ASSETS OF CIRCUS CIRCUS RENO ACCRETIVE TRANSACTION FURTHER EXPANDS ELDORADO’S GAMING OPERATIONS TO SEVEN PROPERTIES IN FIVE MARKETS November 24, 2015 RENO, Nev.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Eldorado Resorts, Inc. (NASDAQ: ERI) (“Eldorado,” “ERI,” or “the Company”) announced today that it completed the previously announced purchase of MGM Resorts International’s (NYSE: MGM) 50 percent interest in the Silver Legacy Resort Casino Reno, as well as the assets of Circus Circus Reno, for total consideration of $72.5 million cash plus a working capital adjustment. In addition, ERI repaid the entire outstanding balance of the Silver Legacy credit facility, which amounted to approximately $52.6 million on a net debt basis. The transaction was financed with cash on hand, cash from the escrow account established at the time of the Company’s July financings and borrowings under the Company’s revolving credit facility. As a result, Eldorado has withdrawn its registration statement relating to a proposed common stock offering, the proceeds of which were intended to pay a portion of the purchase price for the Circus Circus Reno and 50% interest in the Silver Legacy joint venture. “The addition of Silver Legacy and Circus Circus Reno to our operations is consistent with our strategy to enhance shareholder value by pursuing strategically and economically attractive transactions,” said Gary Carano, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Eldorado. “We are very excited to welcome the Silver Legacy and Circus Circus Reno employees to the Eldorado family at a time when the Reno gaming market and the northern Nevada economy is prospering.
