CATASAUQUA & NORTH CATASAUQUA 2020 Halloween (Un)Parade RULES!! 1. Entry forms are available @ https://halloweenunparade.wixsite.com/website; www.catasauqua.org; www.northcatasauqua.org. One entry per form/decorator. Forms can only be submitted via email to: [email protected] 2. Entry forms must be received by the Committee no later than midnight on Sunday, October 18th to be included in the judging. Decorating must be completed no later than October 20th. A sign will be posted at your site identifying its participation in the contest. 3. Open to any resident or businesses in the Catasauqua and North Catasauqua area. Scarecrow entries may also be submitted by groups, i.e. school classes, clubs, churches, etc. 4. Decorations must be outside or visible from the outside, i.e. yard, porch, house, lawn, store front. 5. Each participant must select ONLY ONE category to enter. ONLY ONE prize per entry location will be awarded. 6. ALL participants agree to have a photo of their decorated site (residence exterior/storefront) posted on ALL the Catasauqua/North Catasauqua Halloween Parade social media sites. ALL voting will be via Facebook. The pictures with the most “likes” will win the category. In the event of a tie, the Committee will make the final decision. Residents are encouraged to do drive-by visits before casting their vote on our Facebook page 2020 Catasauqua/North Catasauqua UnParade. A link to our facebook page will be posted on the three websites listed above. 7. Voting will take place from October 21st to October 30th. Entrants must leave their decorations up during this period. 8. Winners will be announced on Halloween and contacted via phone. A complete list of winners will be posted on our Facebook page and at https://halloweenunparade.wixsite.com/website 9. NOTE: Participants are asked to return all yard signs by 11/3/20 to your borough hall office. WINNERS MUST RETURN YARD SIGNS TO CLAIM AWARDS.
