How to Download an eBook Onto Your iPhone or Android

Step 1: Open the link to the eBook which will take you to the landing page.

Step 3: Enter your personal information and your discount code if you have one.

Step 4: Click “View product.”

Step 5: There will be two versions of the eBook that you can download. The first is and EPUB version which is a standard file format for e-Reader devices and e-Reader applications on smart devices and PCs. The second is a MOBI file which is only compatible with the Kindle apps and devices.

I WANT TO DOWNLOAD MY EBOOK ONTO MY IPHONE:

There are several ways to read your new eBook on your iPhone.

1. Use the Apple Books app (this app comes automatically installed on your iPhone)

See what the Books app looks like below: if you can’t find it on your phone, or if you accidentally deleted it, just search for “Apple Books” in the app store and redownload it.

Next, go to your email on your iPhone and find the eBook confirmation message. If you cannot find the email you can search “You bought Confidentiality & Communication!” as that is the subject line.

Click download and you should automatically be brought to the eBook page online. Click on the EPUB version of the eBook and then click download. Next, click the downward facing arrow in the top right corner of your phone and tap on Confidentiality & Communication.

2. Use the Amazon Kindle app. The Amazon Kindle app is available for free in the app store. Go to the store and search “Amazon Kindle.” Download the app and sign into/create your Amazon account (signing in now is an important step).

Next, go to your email on your iPhone and find the eBook confirmation message. If you cannot find the email you can search “You bought Confidentiality & Communication!” as that is the subject line. Click download and you should automatically be brought to the eBook page online. Click on the MOBI version of the eBook and then click download.

Next, click the downward facing arrow in the top right corner of your phone and tap on Confidentiality & Communication. Click the blue upward facing arrow in the top right corner of your screen.

You will see various options and apps that can interact with the eBook. Tap on the Kindle icon. Once you open the app, you’ll have to enter “LAC” as the author of the eBook. The full eBook will then be sent to your Kindle app via your account.

Wait a few seconds and your eBook will be directly transferred to your Kindle app. Happy reading!

Step 1: make sure you have the Google Play Books on your Android. It should automatically be downloaded to your phone, but if it isn’t you can redownload it from the Google Play Store.

Step 2: Next, go to your email on your Android and find the eBook confirmation message. If you cannot find the email you can search “You bought Confidentiality & Communication!” as that is the subject line. Click download and you should automatically be brought to the eBook page online.

Step 3: Click on the EPUB version of the eBook and then click download. This file version is the FIRST option. Make sure that you’re not downloading the MOBI file version.

Step 4: Play Books should automatically pop up and prompt you with a few questions. Allow access and then press “Got it.”
