Thank you so much!

Our Shalena's Breakfast with Santa was a big success. This year went great! We served over 1,300 people in 5 Ya hours. It took 40 people Sunday to put this breakfast on and over 700 man hours. We start in September looking at what needs to be done and who we are going to sponsor.

I have been asked many times what do I think it is that makes our Shalena's Breakfast such a big success? It is not just one or two things. It starts with each and every person that gives there time to help someone in need. It comes from a long list of not just only local business donating hundreds of dollars, but it is also Ilke Land O'Lakes sending 20 pounds of butter, URM helping with food, Me Donald's, Wenig Food, Charlie's Produce with most of the eggs and Overall company help make this a big success. All the people taking time on a Sunday morning to come out and have breakfast with us so we can raise money for a child in need. It comes from all of the news media that work with me getting the information out. Thank you for your support.

I want to personally thank all of the People from the Hauser Ranchers (4-H group) the Hauser Lake Fire Department Auxiliary and my crew from the Hauser Lake Fire Department

Thank you to alilhe people that came out and took time to help us help this family.

Dear Mr. Haugen, It has been almost a year since you blessed me with your insight. Ask Harry Amend point blank, what have the Tetzner's done for autism in North Idaho. Ifthe response is negative you have the right to choose the method of plUlishment you think I deserve. Ifthe response is positive you have to choose for yourself what you think is appropriate. You should come by for an evening with the Tetzncr's and see how OUf family dynamics work in the world ofautism. Should you dccide to do so we have no plans ofissuing any type ofpress release, just the hopes another person who can make positive changes would feel motivated to do so. Good afternoon Mike,

I listen regularly to KXLY and thoroughly enjoy your commentaries.

I just wanted to say thank you for your commentary this morning on Lew Zirkle, founder of Key Tronic Corp. I worked for Key Tronic as the Director of Human Resources for 10 years (1993-2003) and had the distinct pleasure of meeting Lew when I first started with the company in '93. Although Lew was no longer involved in the day to day activities of the company, he stilled served on the Board of Directors. He was genuinely a good hearted individual who sincerely cared about his employees. He made me feel welcome at quarterly Board meetings of which I had the pleasure of attending.

Lew was the kind of owner who made a point of making personal contact with a handshake and a heartful thank you to all Key Tronic employees at Christmas time. I still hear those stories today and how warm it felt to the employees, especially those on the assembly lines building keyboards. The current President and CEO could have learned much from Lew but instead he'd prefer walking around the office at 4:00 PM on Christmas eve to see who left early.

In any case, I just wanted to say thank you for your kind words about Lew. I can only hope that former and current Key Tronic employees heard the same.

Keep up the good work.

Regards,

I had won tickets to the second show at the Met for the comedian on Saturday, and the show was cancelled at the last minute.

I just wanted to say thanks for the phone call telling me the show had cancelled. It would have been a big hassle if we had made the trip downtown to find out at the box office.

Great service. Thanks to Ken Richards? for the call.

I'll win something again, you can bet on that!

Happy Birthday,

Jacquie, Thank you for the nice note! I remember our conversation at the cleaners during Coats for Kids. It is truly a treat for me to be able to do the games---and I'm sure your dad felt the same way---so even if the game doesn't go well I want to make sure that the broadcast does. I know that things will get better for the Cougars in terms of wins and losses! I did the Gonzaga games before they started winning all the time. Hopefully it won't take me not doing the games for the Cougs to win! Our daughter is almost 6, and still gets excited when she hears my voice on the radio or lV. I do have a number of recordings so she will be able to hear and see what kept dad away from home at times. I hope that all is well with your family. Thanks for listening and thanks again for the kind words! Bud

»> erick kilgren 3/21/20068:48 am »> Mr. Namick (might spell it wrong, sorry), Just wanted to write a note of appreciation for the personal, yet I feel professional, manner in which you do your job, whether in the AM program or the announcing for WSU basketball. Even when WSU did not have the best season this year (oh, so close at times), you continued to be positive and supportive and deliver the play by play, program commentary, interviews w/ coaches/players, appreciating WSU's efforts regardless and the other teams' players too. I am not an avid listener, per se, but I do tend to listen a little almost every day and would turn on the BB games too some....so thanks. I met you briefly once at the Martinizing at Wall and Francis with the "Coats for Kids." My dad was an announcer for WSU sports too (Frank Herron) and I know he appreciated you too. I remember a little when the eougs weren't having a "winning season" all the time during those years he was an announcer, he too would want to be positive about the team and the play by play ( and, yes, he too would get pretty excited calling those plays!!). I have a few tapes of play by play by him that we found in Dad and Mom's house and they are keepsakes :): Winter break basketball out at sec I think, B basketball tourney, WSU. It's fun to have those. Be sure to make something like that for your family too, ok!. Thanks again and continue to take care of yourself, Sincerely, Jacquie Kilgren (Herron) S~J!J~s.!a ssau!sng Poo4JoQ46!aN 6)
