Pursuant to this update, Petitioner identifies the following additional real parties-in-interest in addition to those previously identified: Assurance Wireless 1 84815668.1 USA, L.P., SprintCom, Inc., Sprint Communications, Inc., T-Mobile US, Inc., T- Mobile USA, Inc., and DISH Network Corporation. Previously identified Virgin Mobile USA, L.P. underwent a name change effective February 18, 2020 to change its name to Assurance Wireless USA, L.P. Effective in February 2020, Virgin Mobile brand subscribers were transferred to the Boost Mobile brand. Previously identified Boost Mobile LLC was dissolved in 2016 and its former subscribers were serviced by SprintCom, Inc. until on or about July 1, 2020.
