His objective: “To ensure we are avail- able to assist our clients such as Vigouroux, Bald- win, Gordon and Spinelli whenever problems arise. We need to be ready to intervene at any time. The Toyota is equipped with tools, ready to provide immediate assistance until the two other trucks loaded with spare parts arrive.
