ELECTION OF A POLICE AND CRIME COMMISSIONER CHESHIRE POLICE AREA NOTICE OF POLL Notice is hereby given that: 1. A poll for the election of a Police and Crime Commissioner for the Cheshire Police Area will be held on THURSDAY 6 MAY 2021, between the hours of 7.00am and 10.00pm. 2. The number of persons to be elected is ONE. 3. Just past a stable, a gate takes us forward along an avenue of trees leading to a stile between two ponds. Head across parkland to an ornamental gate and turn right, then follow a path past St Lawrence’s Church. 3. Go through a stand of mature trees until you come to a stile. Leave the trees and turn left, then shortly after take a right over a second stile. Keep along the fence on your right, and then enter a copse when you come to a barrier. Exit by another stile, keeping in the same direction. At the next stile keep left on a well-dened track towards an iron estate gate beside a pond. 4. Go through the gate and follow the dead-straight track to meet the A50.

Appendix 4 Detailed proposals for each Ward – organised by Local Area Partnership (LAP) Proposed Wards within the Knutsford Local Area Partnership Knutsford Local Area Partnership (LAP) is situated towards the north-west of Cheshire East, and borders Wilmslow to the north-east, Macclesfield to the south-east and Congleton to the south. The M6 and M56 motorways pass through this LAP. Hourly train services link Knutsford, Plumley and Mobberley to Chester and Manchester, while in the east of this LAP hourly trains link Chelford with Crewe and Manchester. The town of Knutsford was the model for Elizabeth Gaskell's novel Cranford and scenes from the George C. Scott film Patton were filmed in the centre of Knutsford, in front of the old Town Hall. Barclays Bank employs thousands of people in IT and staff support functions at Radbroke Hall, just outside the town of Knutsford. Knutsford is home to numerous sporting teams such as Knutsford Hockey Club, Knutsford Cricket Club, Knutsford Rugby Club and Knutsford Football Club. Attractions include Tatton Park, home of the RHS Flower show, the stately homes Arley Hall, Tabley House and Peover Hall, and the Cuckooland Museum of cuckoo clocks. In detail, the proposals are: Knutsford is a historic, self-contained urban community with established extents and comprises the former County Ward of Knutsford, containing 7 polling districts. The Parish of Knutsford also mirrors the boundary of this proposal. Knutsford Town is surrounded by Green Belt which covers 58% of this proposed division. The proposed ward has excellent communications by road, motorway and rail and is bounded to the north by Tatton Park and to the east by Birkin Brook.

Framework of a Neighbourhood Plan
Clotton and Hoofield: Framework of a Neighbourhood Plan Background and Introduction. This plan has been prepared by the Clotton and Hoofield Neighbourhood Plan Group on behalf of Clotton and Hoofield Parish Council after X months of study, research and consultation with the local community. We have also worked closely with Cheshire West and Chester Council. We have consulted with the community in a number of ways throughout the plan making process and we believe that this Plan reflects the views of our community. A number of strong messages emerged from the consultation process including the size, volume and speed of traffic passing through the village as well as the fact that local people enjoy living and working in the village and wish to retain its identity and character. This was key to developing the overarching Vision of the Plan which is set out on page X of the plan. The aims and policies of the Plan have been driven by the views of the local community and we strongly believe that the policies in this plan are robust and, when formally adopted, will provide the necessary planning policy framework for the future of the community up to 2030. PEOVER SUPERIOR NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN CONSULTATION STATEMENT NOVEMBER 2019 1. INTRODUCTION 1.1 This consultation statement has been prepared to fulfil the legal obligations of the Neighbourhood Planning Regulations 2012 in respect of the Peover Superior (Over Peover) Neighbourhood Plan. The legal basis of the Statement is provided by Section 15 (2) of Part 5 of the 2012 Neighbourhood Planning Regulations, which requires that a consultation statement should: Contain details of the persons and bodies who were consulted about the proposed Peover Superior Neighbourhood Plan; Explain how they were consulted; Summarise the main issues and concerns raised by the persons consulted; Describe how those issues and concerns have been considered and, where relevant, addressed in the proposed Peover Superior Neighbourhood Plan. 1.2 The Neighbourhood Area is in the unitary authority of Cheshire East Council, and comprises of a rural Parish within the Green Belt. The parish has a small population of some 666 residents (at the time of the 2011 census). The relatively small number of residents has meant that consultation with members of the community has been a real possibility at a manageable scale, which has helped to allow the community to become aware of the Neighbourhood Plan, and to contribute to its development through various consultation events and a questionnaire. Additionally, the Parish Council has published information on the village website https://www.overpeover.com which has pages dedicated to the Neighbourhood Plan, where Neighbourhood Plan documents and background evidence have been published and available to view. 2 BACKGROUND 2.1 The Peover Superior Neighbourhood Plan is a community plan and must derive its vision, objectives and policies from the community.
