The project is slated for completion in the next year.  Neighborhood Initiatives Program This program consists of a coordinated effort to improve Mishawaka’s neighborhoods. The Neighborhood Ini- tiatives program has been instrumental in the installation of new sewer sys- tems, curbs and sidewalks, and has spear-headed an effort to provide owner -occupied home rehabilitation and spot- blight elimination throughout the city.
