Somchand 4162.Pdf PROFESSIONAL PROFILE Rajan Somchand Career Summary Senior Managing Director Mr. Somchand is a Senior Managing Director in HFF’s London office. He was a founding member of Leon Partners Limited, a London-based independent real estate advisory firm, which was acquired by HFF in January 2017. Mr. Somchand co-leads the office’s corporate finance and investment banking business alongside Senior Managing Director David Church. The pair collectively bring more than 50 years of industry experience to the firm. Mr. Somchand has particular experience in deal structuring, underwriting financial analysis and negotiation tactics. While at Leon Partners, Mr. Somchand closed deals for clients, including British Land, Lone Star and Tetrarch. Prior to co-founding Leon Partners, Mr. Somchand was a Director with the real estate investment banking team at Merrill Lynch and then Bank of America Merrill Lynch for more than seven years.
