DATES OF THE ACTIVITY For the whole activity the arrival and departure dates are as following: Arrival: July 16, 2019 (Tuesday) Departure: July 21, 2019 (Sunday)

Please organize your travel (arrival and departure) for these dates, (if you have not done it yet) and send it to the organizers for permission before purchase the tickets. Send the emails here: [email protected] . Earlier arrivals and late departures will be exceptions after discussion with the organizers. Please check the information about travel arrangements and reimbursement before booking your tickets.

ARRIVING IN NOVI SAD PHIREN AMENCA BUS FROM BUDAPEST There will be a bus from Budapest to Novi Sad provided by Phiren Amenca. The bus will start on the 16th of July from Budapest, Deák Ferenc Square (Deák Ferenc tér) at 11:45. Please be on time and let us know if there is any problem with your arrival. The bus will return from Novi Sad on the 21st of July in the morning, and will arrive to Budapest, Deák Ferenc Square around 14:00.

If you arrive otherwise, please check the concrete local travel options before your departure and contact the organizers concerning any urgent questions.

Please be aware that we cannot reimburse taxi costs. The only exception is if you arrive between 11 PM and 6 AM.

REIMBURSEMENT Preferably, non-EU citizens/residents will be reimbursed in cash (EUR) during the forum, and EU citizens through bank transfer shortly after the event. So please do not forget to have your bank account details with you.

In order to get reimbursement for your travel costs, please bring the ORIGINAL documents: - All your travel tickets (bus, train or plane) - A receipt of payment (which states the you have paid the amount and also the payment method – cash or card) - If the price is not written on the ticket, and you do not have a receipt, we will need a bank statement proving that you have paid by card

In case you travel by plane: - Boarding pass - Proof of payment (confirmation email) - Booking confirmation (which contains the travel itinerary and schedule) - If you travel by taxi (to the airport), please ask for a receipt.

Please note that if any of these documents are missing, we will not be able to cover your costs!

ACCOMMODATION AND FOOD The organizers cover accommodation in twin rooms with private bathrooms, and food. This includes breakfast, lunch and dinner in the Nikola Tesla Dormitory. The working rooms will be in the dormitory too.

LOCAL TRANSPORT IN NOVI SAD Public transport in Novi Sad is fairly quick and reliable. It is comprised only of buses, whose schedule depends on the line, but most buses run at 10 to 15 minute intervals from 04:30 to 24:00. There are only single-ride tickets, which you can buy on board, from the driver, on entering the bus. The price of the fare is 30 dinars.

THE CURRENCY IN SERBIA The official currency of Serbia is the Dinar. Credit cards are accepted in most hotels and shops, and nearly all ATMs accept international bank cards. Currency exchange in Belgrade (including at Belgrade Airport) accept Sterling, US Dollars and Euros. 1 euro (EUR) = 118 dinars (RSD)
