2020 Member Tournament Packet June 1 Revision New Programs for 2020 Member Day’s New for 2020, we’re introducing a new “Member-Guest” spinoff with our Member Day’s. On these select Tuesday’s throughout the season, all members are eligible to play for FREE if they bring at least one eligible guest. The guest rate is being reduced on these days to $35 (includes golf, cart and range). Each member may bring up to 7 guests at this special, reduced rate. Dates: 7/21, 8/18 & 9/29 Restaurant Discounts (Starting Spring of 2021) With a late start and the restrictions around F&B, the $500 gift card promotion will begin in 2021. Weekend Games Weekend Game’s: In 2020, the golf shop will run a weekend game on various Saturday’s throughout the season. A full list of dates and formats is listed below. There is $100 entry fee due at the beginning of the season for any member who wishes to participate. After the entry fee is paid, there’s no need to pre-register or sign up for any of the events listed on a weekly basis. You’ll only be responsible for handing your scorecard in to the golf shop after your round. All scorecards must be passed in on the day of the event before the golf shop closes. No late scores will be accepted. Your scorecard must be legible including your full name and what tee you played. If your scorecard is not legible or not filled out completely, it will not be counted in that week’s game. The pro shop will then score the game when time allows (typically 24-48 hours after the event), pay out the prize money and send out the results via email to the membership. ***Until further notice, please submit your scorecard by taking a picture and sending it to [email protected] immediately following your round. Please make sure to mark what tee each participant played from, otherwise we will use your white tee handicap which is the lowest handicap allowed. Handicaps: Players may play from different tees utilizing the World Golf Handicap System. Payouts: At least 25% of the registered field must play (not just pass in cards) in order for a payout to happen in a given week. Each weekly payout will be determined by a % of all the total entry fee’s paid to date. The only date that will be made up as a “rain date” will be our last event of the season. This is so we’re able to pay out any the remaining prize money for the season. Formats: Weekly formats are listed below. A weekly rules sheet will be available in the golf shop if needed.
