Cordell Walker (Norris) is a Texas Ranger, half-Native American, raised on the reservation by his uncle. Walker is a lawman who would rather fight than shoot and the bad guys frequently oblige, tossing away their guns so Walker can kick them in the groin. Once in awhile Walker reverts to Native American mode to spout mystical wisdom. His status as a Vietnam veteran emerges late in the series. Codename Dragonfly (11/2/1996) Credits: director, Michael Preece ; writers, Nick Corea, Bob Gookin. Cast: Chuck Norris, Charles Homet, Richard Herd.
