Ladies and gentlemen,

This is the first time in 2020 to meet you online. I would like to extend my sincere greetings to you on behalf of SAIC Motor International. I wish you good health and success in your work!

The year of 2019 is a remarkable year. Our network grows rapidly, from more than 300 in 2018 to over 500 all of the world by the end of 2019, which was a breakthrough in overseas markets. We can see that MG has established the networks in major global markets. In 2019, the total overseas sales of MG reached nearly 139,000 units, a growth of 90% over 2018. With more than 25,000 units sold in the Middle East; almost 17,000 units in the UK; more than 13,000 units in South America; over 11,000 units in Australia. In Europe, MG sales volume has 8,000 units; in the Philippines, over 7,000 units sold in the market; and surpass 5,000 units in Egypt; more than

25,000 units in Thailand; over 16,000 units in India; and almost 8,000 units in total in other markets.

Adhering to the "Best in class" value, MG has carried out a plenty of Customer Care Activities in after sales operation, Thanks to our joint efforts, MG has been well-recognized in overseas markets and has won numbers of honors in terms of brand, product, service and showroom design in 2019.

preliminary achievement of MG brand worldwide. Since 2015, the brand awareness, the number of audience search and inquiry on Google have been on the rise. In the future, we will continue to focus on the accumulation of brand assets and strive to bring more products and better services to consumers around the world. At the same time, we are hoping and expecting to deeper penetration into the global market with more partners hand in hand.

After the global outbreak of COVID-19, the overseas markets worked closer with us as a community for the common future. Many thanks to each of you, my friends, for your support at the beginning of this period. With the spread of the pandemic, SAIC Motor International also proactively provided assistance as much as possible to overseas customers in conjunction with our overseas companies, regional distributors and dealers, by donating materials through multiple channels. Various activities of fighting against COVID-19 have also been carried out in regional markets.

Over the long history, humans have faced many "big tests": Eventually, it turns out that human race always survives and moves on to new life. At present, let's face it together positively. In the effort to move forward through difficulties with smooth transition, what we value most is that we will always keep each other company and go hand in hand in this journey. United as One!

The year of 2020 is a year of revival. As of June this year, our total sales volume in overseas markets reached over 70,000 units, with a year-on-year growth of 36.9%. Among them, the sales volume in the Middle East, Thailand and India all 10,000 units. Australia, New Zealand, UK and Egypt both surpass 6,000 units. The sales volume in other markets is also stable.

In addition, MG global network remains stable with certain progress and new markets such as Indonesia, Mexico, Vietnam have joined us. The network

development in other region also has a good performance. Based on the 2019, the network is expected to reach over 600 in 2020. These are contributed by your dedication and trust in MG brand. Thank you again!

The whole automobile industry has begun to rethink and actively respond due to the change-. Under this "New Normal", MG has some new ideas after deep self-inspect and reflection, which I would like to share with you:

First of all, in view of the global economic downturn, we need to work together to optimize the full-value industrial chain. We could carry out sales and marketing activities in a better efficient and cost- optimized way under consideration of local market situation and trend: for example, CBD showroom, which is more in line with the current channel investment and retail layouts. Another example is Pop-Up Store. It is a flexible and innovative multiple times offline display, which combines with current marketing hotspots and deliver an eco-friendly

concept. The above two ways can create more opportunity of customers touching points while more exposing the brand image.

Secondly, based on the global initiatives and requirements for environmental protection, MG will also follow the trend of the global automobile industry and build more eco-friendly products with its advantages in battery, e-motor and BMS technology. In addition, while providing high-quality products, we also need to consider customer services, to shift from "product oriented" to "customer-oriented", to comprehensively improve owners' experience during purchasing and car using. In this way, service will be gradually transformed into our competitive advantages and further promote product sales.

Finally, how do we stay more connected with our customers in this "New Normal" situation? How do we better understand the new needs of our customers?

People “united” by communication. With the epidemic ongoing, we may be unable to

communicate face to face as usual, which leads to an increase in the demand for digital experience. In today's infotainment world, digitalization has become the mainstream form of media. The online sales models of Amazon and TESLA are new attempts in the digital era, worthy of our deep study.

SAIC Motor International is willing to try further integration of mainstream overseas digital marketing platforms. Aiming to realize a sharing digital information platform by establishing data visualization platform with output of targeted and professional strategies based on market differences. In terms of car purchasing experience, we try to introduce new digital technologies such as AR and VR to comprehensively improve customers experience,

In future, we will pay more attention to customers perception and the whole experience from purchase to after-sales feedback of MG brand, All these aspects need your continuous attention and support.
