In terms of note below Rule 5 (5) of the Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services (Medical Attendance-cum-Allowance) Rules, 1990, sanction is hereby accorded to the advance drawal of an amount of Rs.93,750/- (Rupees Ninety Three thousand and Seven hundred Fifty only) representing 75% of the total estimated expenditure in favour of HC Mehraj-u-din, PID No EXK972571 of District Police Kupwara for undertaking of his treatment at SKIMS Soura, Srinagar. The advance shall be payable to SKIMS Soura, Srinagar. The official shall render the red /adjustment account of the advance drawn within one month after the treatment
