Thanet District Council’s (“TDC”) Local Impact Report at Section 4.2 confirms the adequacy 2. of allocated employment land at Manston Business Park, which the Applicant recognise has suffered from slow take up despite its proximity to the airport and its flag ship status. TDC’s Local Impact Report (paragraph 4.2.5) confirms that TDC does not believe that the Applicant has justified its proposals for commercial development on the Northern Grass Land, particularly when TDC has made adequate provision for employment development elsewhere.
