Courses Prepared and Curriculum Development: 1) Writing About Music This course was designed as an accompanying class to Music Literature. However, the class was redesigned to address critical writing needs faced by music students. The course now contains units for practical use, such as resume writing, grant writing, interview skills, program notes, and the original focus on research and paper writing. 2) SWT Double Reed Ensemble Prior to my coming to Texas State in 1991, there was no chamber music for double reed students.
