The overall costs for the use of the marquee:

TOTAL COST: £5.100 excluding VAT at 20%

The price includes erection, dismantling of the marquee and all travel costs.

Clients are liable for all damages and shortages therefore proof of insurance is required prior to delivery. Alternatively, the marquee company can provide damage waiver at a cost of 5% of the hire price, and subject to an excess of £500 (please note that this does not cover theft or vandalism).

Heating will be supplied by indirect diesel fired heaters which are placed outside the marquee and they deliver ample clean hot air to internal diffusers. Thermostatic control ensures your guests are comfortable whatever the weather. Noise levels from these heaters are minimal.

Various types of entertainment lighting are available and quotes can be provided on request although large. Exterior lighting can also be placed round the marquee to add that special finishing touch. Power outlets for entertainment, bars and catering will be provided and placed wherever they are required.
