Situation The property is located on the western side of the A43, approximately 6.5 miles south of Kettering Centre and between the villages of Hannington, and Sywell. Neighbouring villages offer a range of amenities with the nearby towns providing further shopping and education opportunities.

The property The property is an agricultural barn of red brick under slate roof. The existing accommodation of the barn extends to 3,116 sq ft (289.5 sq m).
