Informacion mbi VNM Ky raport i Vlerësimit të Ndikimit në Mjedis (VNM) është hartuar bazuar në udhëzimet dhe legjislacionin në fuqi për mbrojtjen e mjedisit në pergjithësi dhe në vecanti për atë të vlerësimit të ndikimit në mjedis. Raporti i VNM-së është përgatitur për të identifikuar ndikimet e mundshme që mund të rezultojnë nga funksionimi i aktivitetit “Kompleks Vila Individuale Banimi”. Ky raport i VNM-së është porositur nga subjekti “G & P” Sh.p.k për pajisjen me leje mjedisore për aktivitetin “Kompleks Vila Individuale Banimi”, në komunën Petrelë, Tiranë. Përgatitja e raportit të VNM-së u realizua duke u bazuar nga marrja e informacionit parësor nëpërmjet vizitave në zonën ku do të zhvillohet aktiviteti “Kompleks Vila Individuale Banimi”, dhe nëpërmjet konsultimit të materialeve të publikuara në këtë fushë dhe të dhënave të tjera nga autoritetet shtetërore dhe palëve të tjera të interesuara. Ky raport i VNM-së përfshin një vlerësim të përgjithshëm të ndikimeve që rezultojnë si pasojë e veprimtarisë së ushtruar nga subjekti “G & P” Sh.p.k. b. Informacion mbi Subjektin “G & P” Sh.p.k “G & P” Sh.p.k eshte themeluar me date 15.11.2005 dhe e regjistruar me date 17.11.2005 me Nr. Vendimi 34.383, te Gjykates Tirane, sipas Legjislacionit Shqiptar, objekti i se ciles ndodhet ne Linzë, Komuna Dajt, Tirane. “G & P” Sh.p.k kerkon te marre leje per te ushtruar aktivitetin e “Vila banimi”. Few studies have been published recently about the environmental and social impacts of this industry. Mapping of the existing hydropower plants and those which are planned to be developed is a must, in order to understand and estimate the consequences and to develop the proper conservation plans. GIS is shown to be a very useful tool, in environmental management and protection in different fields, including hydrology. This paper includes: a desk research on the identification of hydropower plants’ geographic location, and additional data associated with each one such as: the company’s name, power, capacity, basin, etc.; also the mapping and classification of the hydropower in different categories. The purpose of this project is to: create an open geodatabase, available to everyone who needs the information regarding the existing and planned hydropower plants in Albania; create an interactive map integrated into the webpage; mapping the HPPs conflicts. D/2011/02/MC-EnC, Traktatit të Komunitetit të Energjisë, të ratifikuar me ligjin nr. 9501, datë 3.4.2006, si dhe neneve 6, 8, 9 pika 1, neni 10, 11 dhe 12 të Rregullave për Çertifikimin e Operatorit të Sistemit të Transmentimit te Energjise Elektrike, miratuar me vendimin nr. 154 datë 11.12.2015 të Bordit të ERE-s, nenit 3 pika 1 gërma b, dhe nenit 15 të Rregullores për organizimin, funksionimin dhe proçedurat e ERE-s, miratuar me vendimin Bordit të ERE nr. 96, datë 17.06.2016, Duke konsideruar se: o Ligji nr.43/2015 Per sektorin e energjise elektrike eshte përafruar plotësisht me direktivën 2009/72/KE të Parlamentit Europian dhe Këshillit, datë 13 korrik 2009, Mbi rregullat e përbashkëta për tregun e brendshëm të energjisë elektrike, perfshire kërkesat e parashikuara për certifikimin e operatoreve te sistemit te transmetimit; o Në bazë të nenit 54 pika 1, te Ligjit nr. 43/2015 Për Sektorin e Energjisë Elektrike, Operatori i Sistemit të Transmentimit ushtron veprimtarinë e tij i ndarë nga veprimtaritë e tjera në Sektorin e Energjisë Elektrike, si prodhimi, shpërndarja, tregtimi dhe furnizimi me energji elektrike, në përputhje me parimet dhe kërkesat e përcaktuara në këte ligj.
