Team: #1 Vishnu Manchu Vishnu Manchu is an actor, director, producer, and education professional. He was born on November 23rd of 1981 in Chennai, India. He won the Filmfare award for Best Male Debut in 2003 for a role of a responsible lover boy in action film Vishnu. He is no stranger to television direction. Some of his credits include Zee Telugu’s series Happy Days, Lakshmi Talk Show, and Premathoo Mee Lakshmi. Vishnu owns a production house called 24 Frames Factory. Under this umbrella, he has produced films such as Vastadu Naa Raju, Dhenikaina Ready, Doosukeltha, Pandavulu Pandavulu Tummeda, Rowdy, Anukshanam, Current Theega, Singham 123, Dynamite, and Mama Manchu Alludu Kanchu. He also founded a post- production company called Think Smart, which specializes in motion graphics, animation, video production, and similar. Vishnu Manchu founded SpringBoard International Preschools in 2014. His organization provides children in the country with access to quality education. Vishnu started a social program called Army Green for promoting environmental awareness. He is the founder of the International American School New York Academy and Springboard Academy. Although these projects are new, the schools have already proven their competency in delivering quality education services. Production company Via Mar Entertainment was founded by Vishnu Manchu and a team of acclaimed professionals with a goal of developing story-driven movies and web series. #2 Amal EIWardi Amal ElWardi is currently Head of Development at a newly founded production company Via Mar Entertainment, acquiring, developing, and funding projects for Sony, Amazon, and Netflix. Over the past decade, Amal has secured and packaged films for production and foreign distribution (with companies such as Zeal Media Co., IM Global, and The Solution Entertainment Group), including A Single Man, Dead Man Down, The Butler, and Before Midnight. Most recently she worked on Netflix/Dee Rees drama Mudbound, Roger Michell’s Truth in Advertising (starring Ryan Reynolds), Scorsese production Bleed for This (starring Miles Teller), and Lynn Shelton’s Laggies (starring Keira Knightley). She has worked extensively with motion picture producers in finding specific talent for projects, and she attended all major theatrical markets and festivals worldwide, coordinated sales and operations, assisted in bank funding and loan closings, and has overseen development and acquisitions activity. ElWardi started her career at First Look International and FilmBank Capital. Prior to her pursuits in the film business, ElWardi was a classical dancer who performed with several companies, including Alvin Ailey, Paul Taylor, Jose Limon, and David Parsons in New York City. Born in Casablanca, Morocco and raised in California, she received her Bachelor of Fine Arts at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Currently, ElWardi is an advisory board member for True + Living Media in association with Russell Simmons and All Def Digital, and a founding board member for the With Compassion Foundation in association with Friends of the Dalai Lama, and is a Horizon Award Juror in association with the Sundance Film Festival and Women in Film. #3 Suraj Gohill Suraj Gohill is the managing partner of Bright Force Media in Beverly Hills, LA, California. With 20 years of experience in the entertainment industry, he has been involved in the funding of approximately 100 slate budgets with major studios and independent production houses, including Spyglass Entertainment, Revolution Studios, Castle Rock Pictures, and Gold Circle Films. Suraj has held leadership positions and has a lot of experience in management and development of new businesses, working in different regions (Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Greater Los Angeles Area, Century City, and Indianapolis). Suraj worked as Chief Financial Officer at LA-based production company Ivanhoe Pictures, where he was involved in fostering cooperation with Blumhouse and Senior Vice President at US financial holding company CIT. He was welcomed as on-board president at Odyssey Media, a company that is expanding their business and presence in the US weekly television market. Currently, he is a co-founder and managing partner of Via Mar Entertainment. Suraj has a Bachelor of Science and Business Management from the Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana. #4 Raja Konduru Raja Konduru’s career spans a variety of positions both as a managing executive director and as a principal investor. He is currently one of the directors of Springboard Academy and International Schools. He is recognized as an active and innovative investor, currently involved in film production industry.     Rowdy Telugu movie review Rowdy Telugu movie review Rowdy is a political drama directed by well known director Ram Gopal Varma who with “Rowdy” will be looking to turn around poor run of his recent movies at the box office. The movie features Mohan Babu, the Telugu cinema legend in a negative role while his elder son Vishnu Manchu will play the role of lead protagonist. Jayasudha, Shanvi Srivastav, Kishore and Tanikella Bharani feature in supporting roles. Sai Kartik has composed the music for this film while Satish Mutyala has handled the cinematography. Now, let's see whether RGV has succeeded in delivering a much needed blockbuster. Rowdy is a political thriller, set in the backdrop of Rayalaseema politics. The movie shows the struggle of the hero against the larger than life villain who has corrupted the society with his thirst for power and authority. However, the role of Mohan Babu is not completely villainous, his character is somewhat in the grey area. The movie borrows heavily from RGV's earlier hit “Sarkaar” in terms of projecting a single cult figure played by Mohan Babu. Rowdy Movie has all the hallmarks of a good RGV movie, the lead characters have intensity and aggression which we have earlier seen in many of RGV's blockbuster movies. The action sequences are also very nicely captured. After debacle “Satya 2”, with Rowdy it would be safe to say that the talented director has finally delivered a good movie. The legendary actor Mohan Babu has given a solid performance as he seamlessly slips into a role of larger than life man.
