Road Connectivity  For the present project the elevated fly over will join the ground level and about 160  The Project is located along Goshala Road, having Row of 24 m facilitating 4-lanes m from the entry and exit of the project. This will facilitate the vehicles to move for due to less traffic and connects one side to ORR service road and another to other side of the road after changing the direction. Graphite Road.  Between the two elevated roads is 6 m lanes at the ground level exists which was  The existing traffic along Goshala road is manageable due to low volume and planned earlier for BRT system. Due to many reason BRTs is shelved and instead of hence road is not divided in spite the width can accommodate (2+2) lanes. that an elevated road with two tier mode of transportation covering 10-lanes is  Since the road connects to two busy roads namely Outer Ring Road as well as proposed. graphite India road, thee two roads are proposed for various traffic management  In addition to this Government understood the strong need for mass transportation schemes as well as widening etc. system and accordingly metro link is coming up connecting Marathahalliside metro  Presently all type of vehicles except buses will move on this road and this acts as a to ITPL and as well as Biyappanahalli. link road connectingORR to Graphite India Road.  The overall RoW includes CW of 6 m for BRT, (8+8) m SR, (6.5+6.5) m area  ORR is having ROW 45 m, (2+2) SR lanes divided road which connects to separator on either side, (3+3) m FCD on either side of the road. on one side and K R Puram on other side of the road.  The project can also be accessed from other places such as  The trough traffic will move over the Flyover and connected to the ground level at Marathahalli, HAL, Kadubisanahalli, ,Panathur,K R Puram etc. many places for the convince of local traffic to join or exit from the elevated portion.

Traffic Management Measures & Interventions

 Phase-3 & 4 of Metro extension is under progress from Marathahalli to Bommasandra and Beyond (Attibele) Link As per RITES/BMRCL

 Since this line is taken as priority for construction work is already started and work will be completed in 2023. Road marking (edge markings in yellow and lane markings in broken white) must be clearly painted so as to guide the drivers along Goshala Road, Outer Ring Road and Graphite India Road.  Adequate sign & guide posts for traffic as per IRC (Indian Roads Congress) or ITE (Institute of Transportation Engineers USA) to be installed along Goshala Road, Outer Ring Road and Graphite India Road. Rubber humps will have to be introduced for the outgoing vehicles from the project site at the exit gate drive way, not more than 3m from the gate.
