The Community Council held their monthly meeting at the Memorial Hall Tuesday night 6th of July 2010 at 7.30pm. Present Councillor W Thomas, D Jones, M Howells, A Nicholas, and M Lloyd C Smethurst. Visitor Rob Phillips Rob Phillips came to discuss the proposed changes in the Gwili Railway and the extension two miles south to Abergwili Junction calling this site Carmarthen North. The Gwili Railway has arranged a bike ride or walking along the line on July 12th between 10‐4pm all is welcome. The chair thanked R Phillips for sharing this information with the Council. Llanpumsaint primary school are sorry that they would not be able to attend this evening’s meeting but would come in October instead. Matters arising Water pouring down near Coopers still Welsh Water and highways have been informed however it seems to be difficult to find the source of the problem.
