In order to ensure that all pertinent details and data for this official report, as stipulated in the Olymjnc Charter, would be carefully preserved, this Organizing Committee set up a sub-committee for this purpose in April 1962 some two years before the Games took place. This sub-committee included a representation from each division of the Secretariat and with the Public Relations Division (later the Press and Public In­ formation Division) outlying the overall plan of collecting and collating the many necessary facts and details as they occurred. This sub-committee was early in 1964 reorganized to a “Report Editing Sub-Committee” to prepare for the final compilation in a form for presentation in a comprehensive report.     Semiannual Report Thirty-fifth Fiscal Period From December 1, 2020 to May 31, 2021 Profile United Urban Investment Corporation (“United Urban”) was incorporated on November 4, 2003, under the Act on Investment Trusts and Investment Corporations of Japan. On December 22, 2003, United Urban was listed on the real estate investment trust (“J-REIT”) section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange (Securities Code: 8960), and United Urban has been growing steadily since listing. In addition, through the merger with Nippon Commercial Investment Corporation (“NCI”) in December 2010, United Urban considerably expanded the size of assets. In order to obtain stable earnings over the medium to long term, United Urban intends to form an optimal portfolio that is diversified both in terms of the types of use and areas of location, which is thought to cope with economic and real estate market fluctuations. And United Urban will conduct asset management aiming to both improve revenues and mitigate risk through property management and enhancement of property values based on a bottom-up approach. This document is the report of “Project for drafting the Management Plan for Preserving the Yoyogi National Stadium as a Living Heritage.” With the Japan Sport Council (hereafter, JSC) as key administrator, surveys were conducted from January 2018 to March 2019. The surveys and the management plan drafting were done on the assumption that the Yoyogi Stadium would be managed with an eye toward receiving a third party’s recognition for its cultural value, such as inscription on the World Heritage List and designation as an Important Cultural Property. JSC received a grant from the Getty Foundation, a non-governmental organization in the United States which supports conservation of heritage sites internationally. The Japan Cultural Heritage Consultancy was contracted to create the report on behalf of JSC. 2. On December 22, 2003, United Urban was listed on the real estate investment trust (“J-REIT”) section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange (Securities Code: 8960), and United Urban has been growing steadily since listing.
