Call us to participate. The Inium Digital Circuit Field Study runs Oct 26 to Nov 4. If all 32 participants are not chosen, additional days will be added. Call your local office for details.

The Inium circuit comes in 9 styles including the discreet open fit and Invisible in the ear (IIC) styles (pictured below), and 6 price levels. The in-office demonstration will be provided by a representative of the manufacturer.

“I am shocked at how invisible the new aids are” Invisible-in-the canal (IIC) hearing aids are smaller than half a jelly bean and sit discreetly deep in your ear canal. The open-fit style nestles behind the top of the ear and the clear thin tube running into your ear canal is designed to disappear against your skin. Both styles offer outstanding features such as a remote control, amplification up to 10 KHz for improved music appreciation, synchronization between ears, active reduction of background noise and improved speech clarity. Annoyed by Tinnitus (ringing or buzzing in your ears)? Many people have very bothersome tinnitus that seems worse at night time and may prevent a good night’s sleep. Tinnitus is often a sign of high frequency hearing loss. We provide treatment options within hearing aids and as a stand-alone night time solution. If you have been exposed to high noise levels through employment or hobbies, you may qualify for fully funded hearing aids and tinnitus relief options! *Refund for the full cost of the hearing aids, minus a service/administrative fee. Hearing tests and the in office Field Test evaluation are provided free of charge for adults (55+).

I personally guarantee you will be completely satisfied with our professional service, NOTICE OF WATERMAIN SWABBING — TOTTENHAM fair pricing and outstanding technology. —Janice Cockburn, Au.D., Reg.CASLPO Doctor of Audiology Residential / Industrial / Commercial Users

Photo Submitted Local Food Banks receive $10,500 donation from The Nottawasaga Foun- dation – On Monday, October 5th, The Nottawasaga Foundation presented a cheque for $10,500 to the local food banks of Alliston, Tottenham, and Angus just in time for Thanks- giving. Each Food Bank received a $3,500 donation to provide additional support for their continuous efforts throughout the year. Donations, such as these, provide emergency food to those in need and help immensely during the holiday season. “We are proud to have raised enough funds from our highly successful Annual Charity Golf Fundraiser, which will be taking place this year on June 26, 2015, to provide such support,” said a Foundation representative. To date, the Foundation has donated a total of $232,500 or $77,500 to each of the three Food Banks. To learn more about the Nottawasaga Foundation visit www.NottawasagaFoundation. com. Coyotes undefeated Hornets hammer Kings in fi rst meet this season after six games BY BRIAN LOCKHART The Alliston Coyotes are leading the Central Division of the Greater Metro Hockey League after winning two more games and posting a 6–0 record for the season so far. The squad travelled to Orangeville on Wednesday, Sep- tember 30, to take on the Ice Crushers. After giving up a single goal in the fi rst period, the Al- liston team tied it up in the second frame on a goal from Vasilii Zhizhenkov. They were again trailing when Orangeville scored a late period goal for a 2–1 lead going in the third period. That’s when the Coyotes turned it up a notch and scored three unanswered goals to end the game 4–2. Alliston goals came from Dmitri Russu, a powerplay goal from Austin Cunningham, and an empty netter from Russu. The Coyotes returned to home ice at the New Tecums- eth Recereaion Centre the following night for their regular Thursday night game against he Knights of Meaford. It didn’t take long for the Coyotes to set the tone of the game scoring six unanswered goals in the fi rst period and shutting out the Knights attack. The second period saw the Alliston squad blow the game wide open with fi ve more goals before the period was half over. The Knights fi nally managed to get one of their own at the midway mark in the frame. PHOTOS BY BRIAN LOCKHART The moved into second place in the GMOHL with a Sunday (Oct. 4) night win over the . The Meaford managed to score one more in the third period Hornets started out strong and kept up the pressure for the duration to leave with a 7–1 win. but the game was long over by that time and the Coyotes left with a 12–3 win. The win places Coyotes at the top of the Central Division undefeated for the season. The Bradford Bulls are in second place with a 4–1 record followed by the Oshawa River Kings with a 4–1 record and eight points. In the rest of the League, the teams to watch are the Kingsville Kings of the South Division who are undefeated after 7 games, and the Temiscaming Titans of the North Division who are yet to lose after six games.
