The second location consists of a 5+ acre parcel of the land which has approximately 1000 linear feet of unobstructed frontage on Red Arrow Highway. This parcel is the first corner property South of Exit 16 on I-94.

The third location consists of a 24+ acre parcel of land that has approximately 1000 lineal feet of unobstructed frontage on I-94 and approximately 1000 lineal feet of unobstructed frontage on Red Arrow Highway.
