WILDLIFE RESTORATON AND COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT ON ROTOROA ISLAND FINAL REPORT ON A WORKSHOP HELD ON ROTOROA ISLAND, 29-30 APRIL, 2013 A partnership between Auckland Zoo and the Rotoroa Island Trust will see the wildlife management and community engagement strengths of Auckland Zoo applied to the Trust’s restoration of Rotoroa Island. This will include the establishment of wildlife populations on the Island and will bring visitors to experience ecological restoration in action.
