ONE HUNDRED SIXTEENTH DAY Hall of the House of Representatives, Columbus, Ohio Thursday, December 3, 2015, 9:00 o'clock a.m. The House met pursuant to adjournment. Pursuant to House Rule No. 23, the Clerk called the House to order. Representative Pelanda was selected to preside under the Rule. The journal of the previous legislative day was read and approved.

INTRODUCTION OF BILLS The following bills were introduced: H. B. No. 403 - Representative Dovilla. Cosponsors: Representatives Antonio, Arndt, Brown, Grossman, Hambley, Hill, Sheehy. To enact sections 9.58, 9.581, 9.582, 9.583, and 9.584 of the Revised Code relative to the financing of capital improvement projects in this state by another state or a political subdivision of another state.

H. B. No. 404 - Representative Schaffer. Cosponsors: Representatives Amstutz, Becker, Blessing, Burkley, Duffey, Hackett, Henne. To amend section 5739.121 of the Revised Code to allow vendors to deduct or apply for a refund of sales tax remitted for bad debts on private label credit cards used to make purchases from the vendor.

H. B. No. 405 - Representatives Schaffer, Smith, K. To amend section 2907.07 of the Revised Code to amend the penalties for the offense of importuning.

H. B. No. 406 - Representative Burkley. To enact section 5534.012 of the Revised Code to designate a portion of U.S. route 127 in Paulding County as the "U.S. Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class Randall Smith Memorial Highway."
