To amend sections 5703.21, 5747.01, and 5747.10 and to enact section 122.851 of the Revised Code to authorize an income tax deduction for capital gains received by investors in certain Ohio-based venture capital operating companies. To amend sections 3745.114 and 6111.01 of the Revised Code to deregulate HOUSE JOURNAL, WEDNESDAY, MARCH 3, 2021 229 certain ephemeral water features under various water pollution control laws. Said bills were considered the first time.
