VII VIII Campo: Design de Vestuário e Têxtil. Tema: Estágio internacional no Aitor Throup Studio. Resumo: O relatório em epígrafe descreve um estudo analítico e prático acerca do desenvolvimento de uma experiência de estágio em contexto internacional. Este estágio na área de Design de Vestuário e Têxtil pretende averiguar como pode o mesmo ajudar no desenvolvimento de novas skills e como estas se integram em contexto contemporâneo. Neste diagnóstico estão descritas as motivações, os objectivos gerais e específicos, e os benefícios da experiência em foco. Como Estado da Arte é apresentado todo um leque de informação fruto de trabalho de recolha a respeito do Designer empregador, o seu trabalho e os seus conceitos teóricos. Neste contexto é também descortinado o seu Manifesto de Design, este foi um dos pontos altos e imprevisíveis da investigação. Metodologicamente o trabalho presente adotou métodos de investigação intervencionista activa, na qual estão situadas todas as tarefas de foro prático que fazem parte do ensaio. Foram utilizadas também metodologias de investigação intervencionista não-activa, como a observação directa e informação verbal. Foram executadas diversificadas e bem sucedidas tarefas que levaram às proposições finais deste relatório, revelando-se satisfatórias acima da média, foram obtidos importantes factores de sucesso. Aprofundando assim o know-how prático e teórico da Investigadora, cujo estágio se revelou uma mais valia de peso na sua formação profissional. IX X Abstract: The above report describes an analytical and practical study about the development of an internship experience in an international context. This internship in the field of Fashion and Textille Design aims to ascertain how it can help in the development of new skills and how can they be integrated into contemporary context. This diagnosis describes motivations, general and specific objectives, ans the benefits of the experience in focus. As State-of-the-Art is presented a whole range of a collected information work about the employer Designer, his work and his theoretical concepts. In this context is also unveiled his Design Manifesto, it was one of the unpredictable highest points of the research. Methodologically this study adopted methods of active and interventive research, in which are inserted all the practical tasks that belong to the essay. Non-active interventionist research have been used also as methodology, things such as direct observation and verbal information were applied. The final propositions of this report led to diversified and successful tasks that were revealed satisfactory and important, their success were above the expected obtaining accomplished success factors. That made the Researcher go deeper onto her theoretical and practical know-how, whose internship achieved a improvement of her professional training. Vouge.com Given his track record of enlivening A.P.C. presentations with culturally and politically charged spiel, Jean Touitou was bound to have an opinion on Brexit. Simply put, he expressed no surprise. “We are entering a new loop in history, which is totally reactionary,” he said, hypothesizing that the U.S., France, and Italy might face similar fates. Was he concerned? “Oh yes, but I’ve been terrified from a long time ago, back when I was this age,” he replied, pointing to his T-shirt printed with a photo of a foxy Jean Touitou, aged 15. The two Touitous—then and now—provided an entry point into this collection, which will arrive in stores just as the brand enters into its 30th year. Its founder, meanwhile, recently reached the legal age of retirement in France. Leaving aside sentimentality, the milestones marked an opportunity to pay respect to the brand’s workwear DNA, which, Touitou rightly noted, has gotten better with age (more resources, more research). For example: Dungarees and a ribbed pullover were uniquely bleached and overprinted, respectively, to achieve an authentically lived-in look before ever being worn. Roomy jeans, ordinarily a tough sell, were justifiable when paired with a deep indigo, contrast-stitched postman’s jacket. Amid the continued trend toward graphic streetwear, a crisp mac over a shirt patterned in stylized propellers (care of graphic artist Pierre Marie) and a cable-knit tucked into high-waist denim made a compelling case against cool. The streamlined designs from Louis Wong, a member of the design team whose label, Louis W., exists under the A.P.C.
