The adoption of the mixed reality program is an emerging trend in the military world as more countries are looking for training options that are less risky, cheaper and more efficient. U.S. Army is developing a VR program that will provide a realistic training program with minimum risk to life and health of soldiers, and has signed a deal with Microsofts AR headset, HoloLens, for training.
While South Koreas leading mobile carrier, SK Telecom Co., said it will establish 5G network in the Korea Military Academys campus in northern Seoul within the first half of this year to support technology-based military training. With help of the fast, low-latency network, virtual reality (VR) shooting training and augmented reality (AR) war games will be available for cadets

In America the Department of Homeland Security issued a security alert this week for small planes, warning that modern flight systems are vulnerable to hacking if someone manages to gain physical access to the aircraft. So the plane owners ensure they restrict unauthorized physical access to their aircraft until the industry develops safeguards to address the issue.
As of July 12, 2018. There were more or less 620 aircraft of scheduled Indian operators. From Big to Small with less Seats.
Most airports have security in place to restrict unauthorized access and there is no evidence that anyone has exploited the vulnerability. The cybersecurity firm, Rapid7 in America, found that an attacker could potentially disrupt electronic messages transmitted across a small planes network, for example by attaching a small device to its wiring, that would affect aircraft systems.
Engine readings, compass data, altitude and other readings could all be manipulated to provide false measurements to the pilot. The small aircraft systems are easier . Large aircraft frequently use more complex systems and must meet additional security requirements. The alert does not apply to older small planes with mechanical control systems. An attacker could exploit the vulnerability with access to a plane or by bypassing airport security.

In that regard I want Government of India to look into the Recent talks the United States and the United Kingdom who are planning to sign a special data agreement that will fast-track requests from law enforcement to technology companies for information about the communications of terrorists and child predators. Law enforcement could get information in weeks or even days instead of the current wait of six months to two years. If India also go through this Agreement and special Data thoroughly it can help our National Security and breach of Norms by perpetuators like Terrorists to Criminals and Sex Offenders too.

Child predators have increasingly used messaging applications, including Facebook’s Messenger, in the digital age to groom their victims and exchange explicit images and videos. The number of known child sexual abuse images has soared from thousands to tens of millions in just the past few years.
In US Associate Attorney General Sujit Raman said the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children received more than 18 million tips of online child sex abuse last year, over 90 percent of them from Facebook. He estimated that up to 75 percent of those tips would “go dark” if social media companies like Facebook were to go through with encryption plans.
It is said that in practice, the bilateral agreement would empower the U.K. government to directly request data from U.S. tech companies, which remotely store data relevant to their own ongoing criminal investigations, rather than asking for it via U.S. law enforcement officials. The effort represents a two-pronged approach by the United States and its allies to pressure private technology companies while making information sharing about criminal investigations faster.

Israeli firms are at forefront to protect against the drone threat.
The Government owned Popstar system can track and identify flying objects day or night without being detected. Developers say the system, which has already been field tested by the Israeli military, can differentiate threats from standard civilian aircraft with an advanced algorithm.
When it comes to populated areas, law enforcement has much more difficulties to understand whether a drone is being used maliciously or not.
Israeli company Vorpal says it has found a partial solution to these challenges by developing a system that can detect and track virtually all commercial UAVs in urban airspaces.
Avner Turniansky, Vorpal’s vice president of strategy, said the company has compiled a database of signals what it calls the “signature” emitted by 95 of drones on the market.
With these signatures, it says it can identify a drone and locate its operator within two seconds. Customers can track these aircraft and determine whether they pose a threat.
He said the system has a range of several kilometers, but still has some limitations. If an operator is flying a commercial drone whose signal hasn’t been previously collected, it won’t be identified. The system would also struggle to identify sophisticated drones built by hostile governments, since those signatures are likely unknown.
Still, he said the system can track “the vast majority” of popular drones on the market.
He said the firm has conducted several successful tests with the New York Police Department and counts Israel’s national police force and the Defense Ministry as customers.

Indians, on an average, consume almost 10 grams of salt per day, which is double the World Health Organization (WHO)‟s recommendation of a maximum five grams each day.
A Worldwide study conducted to find out the global burden in causing hypertension and other major chronic diseases found high level of salt consumption. While people from developing countries,

including India, continue to have a higher salt intake, those in developed countries have made conscious efforts to reduce their daily salt intake by changing the ingredients in foods they consumed to make them healthier.
In China Reducing salt intake has been regarded as an urgent task to reduce health risks to the people. The daily intake of salt on average is expected to fall to five grams or below by 2030, according to a national health promotion strategy released by National Health Commission in July.
The Steps taken was a four-year China-Britain cooperation project aimed at reducing dietary salt intake in the Chinese population has made remarkable progress, paving the way for promotion of salt reduction methods among the public early next year.
Action on Salt China is a program launched in Oct 2017 jointly by six institutes and universities from China and the United Kingdom, which include Queen Mary University of London, Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention, and China National Center for Food Safety Risk Assessment.
The program aimed at helping China reduce the per capita annual salt intake by 15 percent by 2021 and 30 percent by 2025 by carrying out a series of salt reduction programs, which will focus on key areas of salt intake such as restaurants and prepackaged food.
The research included developing salt reduction awareness materials for targeted groups, such as students, housewives, chefs and food production enterprises, building media platforms, including WeChat, social media and websites, and developing more than 10 different kinds of mobile phone apps to help the public reduce salt intake.
One of them, App Salt, can tell users how much salt they have been consuming every day by analyzing information uploaded by users, including consumption of salt in kitchen, frequency of going to restaurants, and users' personal physical data, he said.

Yes popularity of aesthetic surgery to enhance and reshape breasts is exploding in metro India, making it one of the top 10 countries globally. The market has expanded from socialites and film stars to upper and middle classes: Size-zero girls, wannabe brides, ambitious professionals to 40-something mothers.
Across India, almost 93,000 cosmetic plastic surgery procedures involving breast augmentation, implant removal or breast reduction were carried out in 2016, according to the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.
In a first-of-its-kind study, Max Healthcare, Delhi, has analysed over 1,000 patients undergoing breast surgery in the capital. The study shows that the surge in demand is fuelled largely by the 25-45 age group, with 43 per cent women and 88 per cent men being unmarried. About 70 per cent men and 53 per cent women are socially and financially independent; 67 per cent come from the middle and 25 per cent from elite classes. And they are no longer the shy, diffident patients of the past. "Earlier, people used to pretend they were meeting doctors on someone else's behalf," says Dr Sunil Choudhary, head of aesthetic and reconstructive surgery at Max, who conducted the study. "Now it's as direct as, 'I would like to go for a breast surgery and would like to know more about the procedure'." The demand for breast surgeries is rising here at 20 per cent every year," he says.

The Patients who undergo breast implants should have a complete checklist to make sure they understand all the possible side effects of the implants, such as scarring, pain, rupture and even a rare form of cancer. As most of the time many women are not fully informed of the risks when considering breast implants. 2. The Manufacturers has to explain that breast implants often require repeat surgeries and they should not be considered lifelong devices. About 1 in 5 women who get implants for cosmetic reasons need to have them removed within eight to 10 years, according to the Food Drugs Administration America. 3. Their should be very high safety issues with the devices primarily used for breast augmentation. 4. In recent years, the American FDA and regulators elsewhere have grappled with a link between a rare cancer and a type of textured implant. In July, the FDA called on manufacturer Allergan to pull its Biocell implant after it was tied to heightened risk of a form of lymphoma. The company issued a worldwide recall for the implants, which had already been restricted or removed from numerous countries. 5. Though implants are essentially safe so long as women understand they can have complications. Women should get more explicit, understandable information about implant risks.The devices have a silicone outer shell and are filled with either saline or silicone. To protect this information and systems, a risk-based approach to evaluating trusted technology vendors is essential. Nations will also need to use the rule of law to protect privacy and individual liberties, such as freedom of expression and association.
Grievance: 5G is going to revolutionize the way the Economy and Trade run in the Future of India. Sub: India should Revamp Deep Sea Fishing Boats, improve Working Environment and Meet International Regulations
Background: India has 8,129 kilometres (5,051 mi) of marine coastline, 3,827 fishing villages and 1,914 traditional fish landing centers. India has over 2.4 lakh fishing crafts operating along the coast, seven major fishing harbours, 75 minor fishing harbours and 1,537 landing centres, catering to the needs of over 4 million fisher-folk.
While India‟s territorial waters extend up to 12 nautical miles from the coast, exclusive economic zones extend up to 200 nautical miles. India has exclusive rights to utilize natural resources such as minerals, marine life and hydrocarbons in its exclusive economic zone.
The vessels currently used by coastal fishermen are not suitable to fish in exclusive economic zone waters. Deep sea vessels with freezers and processors to store the catch are needed to fish in exclusive economic zone.
India Boats getting captured by Foreigners in deep sea is routine
Replace fishing boats that are 30 years or older.
Grievance: Through this Grievance I want to request the Government of India that India should revamp safety guidelines for deep-sea fishing boats and their crewmen to improve their working environment and better meet international regulations.
India should have a dedicated fund together with ship-owners and financial firms to replace fishing boats that are 30 years or older and new one with A Exact Time Frame
As many of the deep-sea fishing boats were built in the 1970s, 80s and 1990s, and such a deterioration can make them more vulnerable to accidents. India should evaluate the safety of fishing boats aged 35 years or older and bolster regulations on used ships that are imported.
With such efforts, the average age of its deep-sea fishing boats will reach 25 by 2025, down five years from the current 30.
India should seek to improve the welfare of crewmen by enhancing their working environment, such as the size of their living space on board. Other projects include providing the vessels with internet access and test-run telemedicine programs for fishermen.
With the various measures, India should plan to join the Cape Town Agreement of the International Maritime Organization by 2023, along with the International Labor Organization's convention on fishermen.
Conclusion: The loss of life on fishing vessels remains unacceptably high but the ratification and entry into force of the Cape Town Agreement, a key international treaty on fishing vessel safety, could have a significant positive impact, saving lives at sea.

Ultraviolet light is being beamed through public buses and lifts in China to wipe out any possible germs as part of efforts to clear the country of the deadly coronavirus epidemic. With companies under pressure to meet strict prevention measures for the virus, some are turning to new technology to keep everything clean.
Shanghai public transport firm Yanggao has converted a regular cleaning room into a UV light disinfection chamber for buses cutting a 40-minute process down to just five minutes. Normal process required the full attention of two staff, who sprayed disinfectant on surfaces in the bus before wiping them down.
The problem with this was that it might not reach certain corners. The group partnered with a technology supplier to set up an ultraviolet cleaning system and now, some of its buses are cleaned by UV rays. Staff drive one bus at a time into the chamber which has been equipped with 210 UV tubes and leave the room before activating the system, bathing the vehicle in a blue-white hue.
Two cleaning rooms have been converted and each can disinfect up to 250 buses a day. With around 1,000 buses needing disinfection daily, the UV system has reduced the amount of staff overtime and manpower needed for regular public transport disinfection.

The World Health Organization has cautioned that UV lamps should not be used to sterilise hands or other areas of skin as UV radiation can cause skin irritation but the chambers are closed off and activated by staff outside. Health experts think that UV light is not typically used to disinfect public areas, but can be effective if done right.
Paul Tambyah, president of the Asia Pacific Society of Clinical Microbiology and Infection, said UV disinfection is effective but needs to be used with care as the light can cause skin cancer. "UV disinfection is widely used in hospitals worldwide after patients have left a room," he said. "This is used for antimicrobial resistant pathogens, tuberculosis and other infectious agents."
While it is not usually used on public transport, "there is no good reason why (it) would not work". Yanggao is not the only organisation investing in UV disinfection. China's central bank said in February it was disinfecting and isolating used banknotes using UV lights in its efforts to combat the coronavirus.
A market supervision bureau in southern Guangdong province proposes a "smart UV elevator disinfection system", which it says eliminates the risk of missing corners or irritating passengers with remnants of cleaning fluids. UV tubes are installed in lifts and activated when the system detects no one is inside, sweeping the area with penetrating UV rays and automatically turning off when it's done.

A Karmiel, Israel-based industrial automation firm, RD Pack, has taken disinfecting technology developed by researchers at Bar-Ilan University and created a sanitation and disinfection tunnel that sprays visitors at mass events with the liquid. The tunnel, composed of an aluminum and polycarbonate frame, is now being piloted at Bloomfield Stadium in Tel Aviv.
“When people walk through the tunnel, their whole body gets sprayed with the disinfectant, which works fast and efficiently, and provides the complete sterilization of a person,” said Eran Druker, business development manager at RD Pack, as the firm showcased the tunnel at one of the entrances of the imposing white stadium on Tuesday.
The advantage of the disinfectant over others, said the researcher Eran Avraham, is that hypochlorous acid, unlike other commercial disinfectants like bleach, is not harmful to human skin or food. The tunnel is the first implementation of the technology, said Avraham at the demonstration on Tuesday. “It will help reduce the chances for infection,” he said.

The coronavirus is highly infectious, and is mainly spread via droplets expelled via the nose or mouth. However, it also has the ability to survive on hands, clothes and other surfaces for a period of time. So, if someone was in touch with another person who was sick, and still has droplets from the sick person on their clothes, the tunnel would destroy those droplets, halting their spread, Avraham explained. “If you cross the tunnel, the germs on your body are eliminated. This reduces the spread of the virus and a lot of other pathogens,” he said.
Moreover, if a sick but asymptomatic person walks through the tunnel, explained RD Pack‟s Druker, the disinfectant would destroy viral droplets on their body and clothing before they enter the venue. So, if once inside the person adheres to basic hygienic rules, including wearing a mask and washing hands, then the chances of infecting others drop significantly, he said. The idea is to place the tunnel at the entrance to “everywhere,” both public and private spaces, including stadiums, airports, schools, offices, shopping malls, trains and buses, Druker said. The tunnel will hopefully be able to give the public the medical and psychological reassurance they need to get them back to these massive events, he said.

Indians, on an average, consume almost 10 grams of salt per day, which is double the World Health Organization (WHO)‟s recommendation of a maximum five grams each day.
A Worldwide study conducted to find out the global burden in causing hypertension and other major chronic diseases found high level of salt consumption. While people from developing countries, including India, continue to have a higher salt intake, those in developed countries have made conscious efforts to reduce their daily salt intake by changing the ingredients in foods they consumed to make them healthier.
In China Reducing salt intake has been regarded as an urgent task to reduce health risks to the people. The daily intake of salt on average is expected to fall to five grams or below by 2030, according to a national health promotion strategy released by National Health Commission in July.
The Steps taken was a four-year China-Britain cooperation project aimed at reducing dietary salt intake in the Chinese population has made remarkable progress, paving the way for promotion of salt reduction methods among the public early next year.
Action on Salt China is a program launched in Oct 2017 jointly by six institutes and universities from China and the United Kingdom, which include Queen Mary University of London, Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention, and China National Center for Food Safety Risk Assessment.
The program aimed at helping China reduce the per capita annual salt intake by 15 percent by 2021 and 30 percent by 2025 by carrying out a series of salt reduction programs, which will focus on key

areas of salt intake such as restaurants and prepackaged food.
The research included developing salt reduction awareness materials for targeted groups, such as students, housewives, chefs and food production enterprises, building media platforms, including WeChat, social media and websites, and developing more than 10 different kinds of mobile phone apps to help the public reduce salt intake.
One of them, App Salt, can tell users how much salt they have been consuming every day by analyzing information uploaded by users, including consumption of salt in kitchen, frequency of going to restaurants, and users' personal physical data, he said.
In this regard I request Government of India to have a more stringent and time frame Salt Reduction Program so that Health related chronic disease is checked. Medical professionals are covered under the Consumer Protection Act.
Meanwhile Due to Medical mistakes, ghost surgeries by under qualified or untrained hospital staff, and sexual assaults on patients under anesthetic. There is a need for surveillance cameras in hospital operating rooms to protect the rights of patients. Patients are unconscious while under anesthesia, and no one else is allowed to enter the operating room to support or advocate for them, making it difficult to prove medical error or malpractice.

As the medical profession has been brought under the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 and the Supreme Court has laid down guidelines for the criminal prosecution of a doctor. A Law should obligate hospitals to deploy security camera systems inside operating theaters in a bid to prevent medical mistakes, ghost surgeries by underqualified or untrained hospital staff, and sexual assaults on patients under anesthetic. The current operating room rules and system create an imbalance in information between surgeons and patients. It is hard to fundamentally prevent the

Medical institutions and health care providers would have to record medical procedures upon the request of a patient or a patient‟s guardian. The request could not be refused without reasonable cause. Olympus Corp. said Tuesday 25-08-2020 that it will voluntarily recall about 4,150 endoscopes mostly sold in the United States and Europe due to risks of infection or malfunction. The company said it will withdraw about 3,900 units of the “BF-Q180” for examining bronchial tubes, which were sold in the United States and Europe between April 2005 and March 2019, as it has seen a “higher rate of patient infections” than comparable products. But no serious health problems caused by the use of the products have been reported, a company spokesman said.
Olympus will also retrieve about 250 units of the “CHF-CB30S” endoscope for examining biliary tracts. Most of them were sold in the United States, Europe and Japan between April 1998 and March 2020. The company said there is a possibility that equipment parts might come off and remain in a patient‟s body. In one case surgery was required to remove a tiny rubber part that came off and was left in a patient‟s biliary tract, the company said. Olympus said it has already confirmed all the medical institutions that bought the products and will recall them after sending notification. The company will book a loss of about ¥5 billion ($47 million) related to the recall.

Grievance: Through this Grievance I want to request the Government of India that any Land, Air, Water Ceding by Pakistan has to be Null and Void. As China is India‟s Immediate Threat purposefully giving land air water to our Enemy State poses direct Geo Strategic threat during peace or war time. So we request that Indiant Parliament bring a Resolution and declare any acts of Pakistan above to be illegal. Though Pakistan can be a Sovereign Nation but its sovereignty should not harm neighbors. We know Pakistan History of breaking states and interfering with Jihad. India with likeminded Countries like US, UK, Russia, Australia, Japan, Brazil, South Africa to others should talk and block. India should use United Nations to Friendly Nations to Multilateral Organization to block and contain China which wants Debt Trap Pakistan to accede its land air water to it.
Conclusion: A Parliament Resolution, Condemn by United Nations to India‟s Strategic Partners can make Pakistan not to accede its land air water which is threat to India. However as Prostitution is one of the oldest professions of the world practiced since the birth of the organized society. It exists in almost all the countries and every type of society. Prostitution is a product of civilization and a byproduct of marriage institution. The earliest history of every nation has evidence of the existence of this profession of the world. India is also one of them. Even in India we have lot of evidence of Prostitution since time immoral. Due to Technological and Tele Communication Revolution even Young to old both Male and Female can assess Pornography to sensitive materials. The TV Shows, Fashion Shows, Cabaret Songs can arouse the young generation and there are many ways mistakes sometime happen which makes society look bad.
Grievance: Through this Grievance I want to request the Government of Bharat that please legalize Hygienic Prostitution in all Metro Cities, Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3. As the Sex Industry is running in disguise in parallel legalization and considering it as an Industry can get us Revenue, Honor and a Change in Society for seeing Women. The Pandemic has made a lasting impact on the economy though under PM Narendra Modi and Finance Minister your leadership many development works have been done to look into Common Man to Farmers to IT-Ites to BT Small Medium to Large Industries. Many of the people who need Personal, Industrial, Commercial to any sort depend on Banks Public Private to Cooperative Societies. Everybody have their own Interest Rates according to Profit or according to Government of India Guidelines
Grievance: Through this Grievance I want to request the Government of India that India should go for One Nation One Interest for Personal Public Private Industrial and Commercial. This can drive the Economy in a very big way. The Government should also legalize giving personal loan upto 3 Lakhs to anybody no tax or no interest but rate of interest would be 1%. This can be 1 Crore to Industry Commercials. If this happens there can be a great boon to the Economy. Countries like Korea Japan to China and many other advanced European Countries do have a low interest rates why not we have in Bharat?

Grievance: Through this Grievance I want to request the Government of India that instead of saying State or Center the Garbage Mess has to end. Eg a person comes and collects Garbate at a standard time but many time he may not come too or somebody is sleepy or some work they are left out. Instead of that if there is a dedicate hygienic place monitored anybody in a area or ward should go their and dump. Nobody can just throw or make some ways? The Collected garbage has to be measured and taken to a dumping yard as good as Korea or Japanese Waste 2 Electricity Generation Model or some other best model. E Waste or any other instead of waiting for some innovation Government should follow up and take action before any pill over.
Conclusion: Please make sure that Garbages are dumped in a area in a dedicated place then home collections. Dumping Yards should have modern Waste 2 Energy Projects at faster rate. This can save health Wealth of the Nation. Though PM Modi and Helath Minister talks of Swatch Bharat the Swatch Bharat has to go with Modern Technology within time frame of One year or Two
